Works perfectly for guests and seems to be adequate for normal size and weight luggage.

These racks are the right price, metal, not chrome and should have fit the bill for our AirBnB. Issues are just 2 but enough to loose a star or two. First, they don't really fit together cleanly due to the scissor mechanism. I wanted to reverse 1 of legs sets and re-bolt them in the opposite orientation, but then the spring buttons wouldn't face the right way. Darn! The other issue is the size is just a bit small. It is great for a carry-on roll-aboard size bag, and it doesn't have a taller back bar so technically you could let the bigger bag overhang in however many directions. I just seems a bit cattywampus!
