Beautiful but today 13023 heater stopped. Warranty only for 1 year. These electric fireplaces, I read, are supposed to last 20 years! Very disappointed.as it costs over 600 with shopping and assembly. As it turned out I called the manufacturer and they sold me a fireplace insert. It cost around ,$100 and my grandson installed it. This one is actually nice as ithe lighting has interesting color combinations

I have owned this product for 3 years now and now I can speak to the quality long term. Three years later and this tv stand is still just as beautiful as the day I assembled it. From what I remember assembly was not easy at all but to be fair I am just a woman doing it alone so if I had help it might have went easier. Also the instructions on how to get the crystals in the fireplace are in the second box. Do not almost break your fireplace like I did. The fireplace still works and does give off a lot of heat. This is heavy and excellent quality. I would highly recommend this stand.

Beware: Make Sure You have Two Outlets

Bought this tv stand because I love the design and dual function. The problem is none of the information I’ve seen mentions you may need two outlets. Per the instructions it should be plugged in directly to the wall, no extension cords. The only wall I can connect to only has 1 outlet and other items already connected. Had I known I needed two outlets I would not have purchased this tv stand.

Great Stereo cabinet. I love the lighting, fireplace is very functional to give you the ambience. Not to mention some heat. Easy to put together but you really need to pay attention to the directions. I can see where some people might get Frustrated, You just have to take your time look at the illustrations on the directions.

This is a solid piece that will hold a large tv with no problem. The finish is a streaky dark grey on grey, and quite neutral, which is what I wanted. The 16 1/2"width of the storage shelves was short 1 inch, however, and couldn't accommodate my audio equipment. I do like it that the fireplace element is just as expected. There are some cold evenings in Florida and the heater option is just enough to keep me warm without turning on the heat.

Looks just like it does in the picture! It heats well and the flame lighting it puts off is surprisingly beautiful; great for mood lighting if you're like me and into that. The TV stand is SURPRISINGLY heavy and feels pretty sturdy considering how much it costs. I purchased another, much more expensive brand of TV stand (wound up sending it back) and it wasn't half as nice as this one. Overall I'm extremely happy with it :)

Having put together many “cam lock” style furniture pieces, I will say this was by far one of the nicest and easy to assemble pieces. It is recommended to have two individuals for assembly, but 98 was completed by myself. Had help with placing the top on to ensure I had cam bolts aligned with proper holes and to keep from scratching other surfaces.

I love this even if I haven’t put together yet. Everything came in very good package. I will soon put together and take a photo . Well priced and I actually purchased for hubbys man cave (room ). He loves the lighting and blue lighting . No doors to bother with. Shelving for electronics ! Easy peasy ! Biggest perk is having the warm heater with same color light as heater ! Great price . I checked around ! Yep! Great price!

The style and size is pretty good. But there are a couple of flaws with this unit.

We purchased this a year and half ago and have LOVED it. We have it in a large, unfinished basement room and it quickly heats the space even in the dead of winter. The storage is amazing, enough space for our play station, switch, controllers, head phones, movies and then some. Even when we don’t want the heat on, the blue leds and fake flame lights are fun to have on. Our TV is aggressively large at 75” and fits just fine on this console. This is by far one of the best purchases we’ve made for our house! It turned a basement room into a cozy home theater!

So, this is bitter sweet for me. I'm giving it 4 stars because it is what I wanted, just like the picture and I LOVE it as a whole BUT, big BUT too... the front was chipped in two places UGH nothing I could hide either, it's glaring at anyone looking at it, like it may have been dropped a few times and then the fire place has those holes to put in screws, it was on BOTH sides and the wonderful handy person they sent was nice enough to show me that he's not making a mistake, this is the right side, it was because I could see similar holes on the back as well UGH. I ended up calling the customer service line, I normally do not like to complain, if I can fix it quickly, I just do so. I called because I'd have to have this fixed, not by me and that means I'll have to pay someone else... the TV stand was already assembled. I didn't want to go through not having anything else again AND how were we going to send it back? Anyway, I told them I would have it repaired locally. The customer service person who took my call was nice and gave me 20% off purchase price sent back to my card, I'm still waiting on that. BUT! another BUT, a big one, it's going to cost me more than they 20% they offered me back to fix it. SO! In the end I'm paying more for this because someone there did not do quality control. If you know your pieces are fragile why not slap a fragile sticker on the box? IF it's shipping or whatever. So disappointing. While I love it, the final price I'm paying at the end is not worth it, like I wouldn't have purchased it should the sticker price be what I ended up paying.

This piece looks incredible and I love how it fits my living room. Was relatively easy to build, but it did take a while. Worth it for the finished product.

This piece was my first Wayfair purchase. Its a beautiful stand, and goes together fairly easily. Be warned though, dont try to put it together alone. The box is large and heavy, and at least two people are needed, three was perfect in our case. There is a separate manual for the fireplace, and I docked one star only because theres no reference to a prep step needed to the fireplace before its inserted into the unit in the Assembly book to give you a heads up. We realized it just in time to complete it without having to detach the fireplace unit again. Look at the fireplace manual first and then the Assembly book.

In short this is great and met expectations. Probably best to build with 2 people.

Really frustrated with this purchase from Wayfair!

Can't say enough about this TV Stand. I live in a high-rise in Chicago right on Lake Michigan. It's an older building so the sliding glass doors in all of the room leading onto the balcony are not as insulated as I'd like and cold air gets in fairly easily. Not too bad, but noticeable on really cold days. So, I was looking for a TV stand and came across this and thought, "what a brilliant idea!" The stand is very well made - very sturdy and good quality. My living room is large, so the heat it puts out doesn't heat up the whole room, but it adds just enough to counter the cold air seeping in from the sliding doors. And after it's on for a while, it definitely heats up the whole room and I have to turn it off. What's really cool though is you can turn off the heat (or turn the temperature down) and still have the "flames" going. The blue lights look really nice and are very calming - adds a nice feel. One thing I would alert you to though if you buy it - when assembling, you'll definitely need the help of another person and plan on taking a couple of hours at minimum. As is the case with most furniture assembly instructions, they are not the best although I would say much better than most. Everything went well except for 2 things: First, inserting the fireplace into the TV stand took a little finagling and the screws that attach it to the TV stand are somewhat difficult to get to. I still don't know why, but when we initially tried putting the fireplace into the "window" of the TV stand, it didn't fit. Almost gave up thinking they sent me the wrong fireplace or something. But then, we tried one more time for the heck of it and PRESTO! It fit perfectly that time. I don't know why, but just keep it in mind in case you run into the same problem. The other issue was probably more my fault - there are some stickers on the back of the TV stand so just remember that you don't want them facing the front where everyone can see them. I know it seems obvious, but since it's the last thing you do you'll probably be tired by then like we were and not think about it. You can see in my picture I haven't made the correction yet. All in all, a great piece. I love it.

I love this entertainment center. It goes great with my dark floors and blue furniture. The heater is gorgeous and will come in handy for the brutal NY winters when I want a little extra heat while I game or watch TV.
