Poor quality

Beautiful console that's falling apart. The wood used split and nails fall off. It had permanent marker markings on parts that were already chipped.I believe I was send a defective or used item Finger hut giving me a run around asking me to contact manufacturer.

I'm not happy

I am not happy :/ i finished building it and at the end I see rhe pieces don't go in the corner is cracked and it's so much to disassemble and send back . It's sitting in my living room but it's got holes and isn't properly built I just don't have time to find boxes and ship it back. Getting help to reimburse is a misión .

Nice but not worth it

If the pieces would've fit together correctly, it would've been beautiful however, one besides of the stand will not go completely together, and there is a gap which makes it very unsteady

Pro, looks good, ok to put together, heater works great.Con, the sent wrong boards.. 2 D but you need 1 D and 1C, it is going to take them 10 days or better to get me the parts I need, so this price point is way too high, only would buy again if it was under 299, I added colored rocks to fireplace because it only comes with cheap clear, now looks better

I seen the ad for this fireplace and it was beautiful unfortunately the parts didn't fit so I had to send it

Bought tried putting it together, top, bottom and sides do not line up. Gaps everywhere, bolts wont tighten. Heater smoked and threw an error code. Will be returned.

I just received this in the mail and it is falling apart one of the main big pieces is almost in half idk how I got it put together but I'm scared to even put my TV on it. It also starts falling apart when you move it. Just terrible quality. Way to expensive for what you get.

Uneven pieces

The sides will not flush evenly against the unit so there’s a gap on top also the lug screws just come right out of it so they won’t tighten.

It was poorly packaged and came with both glass shelves shattered. The Company would not send replacements. The rest of the unit was poorly constructed with poor design choices for the top front facade. The only good part was the fireplace insert . It's pretty nice.

This would look nice HOWEVER

I think it would look great but the quality of the wood/particle board is horrible. If you tighten a screw, pieces of the wood flakes off. If you follow the instructions, you will find that it is designed to fail. For example...it instructs you to put a wobbly pieces held together with little wooden holders, upside down onto the underneath side. It's designed to fail. The minute you place the wobbly part down, it isn't secure & starts to break before you can get the screws in. I returned this item and I would absolutely NOT recommend this item OR this brand. Simply horrible quality.
