There is nl touch panel, it also does not have a remote and it came in with plenty of dings and scratches. This was very upsetting.

I thought it would be more sturdy but it works well with why I bought it! I like the fireplace which is the reason I bought it! It keeps my whole apartment warm and I haven’t used my own heat since I got it!

Heater trips surge protector after a few minutes

Everything is perfect except the Heater. Heater trips surge protector after a few minutes. I had a large electric fireplace in the location and wanted to down size not sure why the old one was just fine but the new one is not.

this tv stand did not come with all the instructions so how could any one assemble it? And it seems like parts were missing! i couldn't even find a video on YouTube with the ssme tv stand i will never order with this company again! if i could i would give no stars!!

I had problems

Mine came without holes for 4 of the metal things that hold the shelf up...so I couldn't use the shelves but it had taken so much time and energy to build that I didn't want the hassle of sending it back...another thing I will say is ps5 and DVD players I know for sure won't fit in the bottom compartment and there is no holes for cords to come out in top compartment...I found this out the hard way...so next time I will look at all measurements because I can't use the bottom compartment for anything I wanted to...again that's my fault for not looking at measurements...it's smaller then it seems

The wood is cheap but it’s pretty also the measurements where off some parts didn’t fit correctly I had to use a drill which the directions didn’t call for mad the process longer
