A few extra steps and it's good!

When assembling things like this you need to adapt and build it better. Always use a good amount of wood glue with each dowel and along the entire length of every joint. That glue is the key to holding it together better. Never trust an engineer and a factory to pump out quality first. If there are bolts, use loctite 243 at minimum. (Read the directions on that too) As for drawers sticking, the slides are adjustable, adjust them... My furniture is stout and sturdy. My only concern now is the finish of it.

Not very easy to put together. Directions only have pictures, no words. Some places where you have to screw are very small & not easy to get to. Looks nice, but drawers are not wonderful to open & shut.

Do not order you will be sent the wrong dresser two times and they will ask you to pay for shipping and won’t refund you

Hard to put together, drawer pieces were bent had a really hard time putting together only for them to be crooked, also it was scratched in the front

Do not waste your money

This dresser is a piece of crap. The top drawer gets stuck when opening. You have to use both hands forcefully to get it open. It’s such a pain in the butt. Also, the wooden slats that keep the bottom on the drawers are too short so the keep falling off. It’s so annoying to have these issues being that this dresser was $400!!!! It sucks because the matching crib is perfect.

I put this together followed instructions perfectly. the drawers are very hard to open. the top drawer doesn't fit. I put it together 3 times, drawer bottoms are flimsy.

Love the design and price of this piece! One track was bent, but with a quick call I received a replacement within two days! I cannot wait to fill it with baby clothes!

Cheap drawers and slides

The exterior is nice quality but the interior is beyond cheap and doesn’t not slide easily. This wasn’t cheap but we will be purchasing a proper replacement ASAP

Just okay

It’s a nice dresser but the drawers do not slide smoothly. You have to use two hands to open and close drawers and the bottom draw gets stuck so we will have to shave off one side in order to make it a better fit. The drawers also don’t close with just a push, you have to shut them intentionally. Color also seems darker than the photos.

poor quality

Came with imperfections and chips but baby was almost here and didn’t want to deal with a return as it was almost put together. It wasn’t easy to put together, drawers do not slide easily and often get stuck, drawers are starting to fall apart. Would recommend going with a different brand or dresser

Color is completely off

The color cocoa bean was completely misrepresented in the pictures. Online it looks like a grayish, distressed brown. When I opened the box, the front of the dresser is brown with no gray tone at all.

Beautiful But Not Worth It

This dresser is beautiful and looks great in my daughter's room, however, it's design is poor and the assembly is challenging. I don't anticipate it standing the test of time. I think for the money, it should either come assembled and/or been better designed with better quality products. Also noteworthy, the drawers need to be pushed in by hands on both side of the drawer to properly and fully close. Overall, I couldn't recommend this dresser. While it looks beautiful, a better, more high quality dresser is worth it.

Beautiful Piece

This dresser in the white is beautiful and definitely eased my mind the minute I saw it in person! We also have the white Child Craft 4-in-1 Crib and it matches perfectly!! It came without any damage, it was packaged really well. It did take my husband awhile to build this, and he knows what he’s doing. He said there were a ton of pieces, and instructions, and lots of little things to pay attention to to get it setup, so it was a pain compared to everything else. But in the end, it’s made really well, sturdy, no chips or dents, and matches the other pieces in the collection perfectly!

HORRIBLE quality

We purchase this dresser/changing table on October 5. The drawers fell apart within weeks. My husband is extremely handy so it has nothing to do with how he put it together. It’s a gorgeous piece on the outside, but not durable at all. Bottoms of the Drawers are way too weak! So disappointed! We can’t even use it now.

Good-looking Product; Terrible Quality Control

I'd like to start off by saying that I have absolutely no complaints about Buy Buy Baby's service or delivery. They've been stellar. The issue comes down entirely to assembly and construction.

Cute Dresser but Terrible Quality

Store told me this would come assembled. It did not. The dresser top came damaged. The dresser is now unavailable and I cannot get a replacement. Thankfully buybuy baby did give me a discount to keep it. Which I am very appreciative of. It was a lot of work to put together and I am just going to settle with the damaged product. Lots of little cracks everywhere. Returned an IKEA dresser because I thought the quality was not great but this is worse. Would not recommend.
