Beautiful fixture however the drain assembly is NOT POP UP. The faucet and handles were easy to install however that was not the cast with the traditional drain assembly.
NO Pop Up Drain Available with Matte Black Finish!
I just received this faucet today after ordering it online. The shipping was quick. The faucet is beautiful and appears to be well made, however, this particular model in the Matte Black finish does NOT come with a pop up drain as advertised, but rather a lift rod drain stopper. I contacted Speakman and spoke with a very helpful and friendly representative to see if the pop up drain was available for this model and was advised that unfortunately it is not. Due to the design of our bathroom vanity (a deep farmhouse sink style) this causes a bit of an issue due to the very limited space we have to work with between the sink, drain and wall. Absolutely love the look and design of this faucet and hoping we can make it work but hoping that Home Depot can update the item description in hopes of others avoiding the same issue we ran into in regards to the type of drain that comes with it.
