We had an older Elkay sink (same size, shallower, and three hole) that probably dated to the 1960s and was still in great shape. Since we were remodeling the kitchen, we wanted a one-hole stainless sink with a deeper basin. We lose this one. It looks just as sturdy as the one before. The deeper basin means that we can put larger pots in it.

Beautiful sink for the size!

I'm a plumbing contractor and have purchased several of these sinks for various jobs. They are good quality and a good choice when space is limited but a decent sized sink still needed. My clients love them and appreciate the depth and size. I will definitely get more in the future. However, if you have the space and money, I would personally recommend a bigger sink if you're choosing a sink for a standard or custom kitchen. But this particular sink works well in small but higher end apartment complexes, wine tasting rooms, even as a nice high end utility sink in a custom home, and anywhere limited space is encountered. You'll need to make sure your cabinet is at least the standard 24" from front to back. Every one of these I've purchased have been single hole for single hole faucets. Most cheap stainless steel sinks do not have the necessary rigidity to support a tall single hole kitchen faucet. This one does!
