The mattress did not have sufficient instructions for opening. It ended up exploding open in the wrong direction, upside down, and shoving me against another piece of furniture in the bedroom, which I did not appreciate. It is too heavy for one person to flip or move, so right now, this remains unresolved, so I can't use the bed its on nor much of the room its in. I'm going to keep trying to move it, but seems impossible. If it just weren't upside down...

I am updating this after one year It is not comfortable like a plush mattress should be and i am replacing it bc i wake up in the morning and my back is killing me so bad from it i can hardly walk. Not happy with this mattress.You get what you pay for folks.

Really the best bed I’ve ever had, especially being a side sleeper.

Mattress is very well constructed. Even tho it is plush, it is TOO firm for me. I am a side sleeper. trying to adjust to sleeping on my back. I recommend for back sleeping, not side sleeping.

Love this bed. It's actually soft for those that are looking for a truly soft mattress. Iykyk right? A lot of mattresses claim to be soft but they firm as hell and I hate it. Not this one tho.

Be sure to let it off gas for 72 hours as directed. Mattress is comfy and soft. Not much edge support. It's hard to sit on the edge of the Mattress. I've slept on it for almost a week now and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night anymore.

I love this mattress, it has the perfect balance of plush and firm. However I wouldnt put it in the ultra plush category and thats the firmness I thought I was getting so I am a little disappointed by that but it was still acceptable, I would definitely say its more of a 5-6 level plush not 4 or less
