[Rewarded Review] Do not purchase rug pads from here

The standard rug pad smells strongly of chemicals and does not hold rug in place very well on wood floors. In addition, the type of rug I bought it with did not lay flush against it so I had to constantly straighten and adjust it.

Although it’s easy to unroll, it bunches when you put the rug on top.

6" short with uneven edges

I ordered the 9' x 12' rug pad it was 6" short with very uneven messy edges. I would have returned, but it was too much trouble to move all the furniture again. It was definitely not worth the money.

I ordered a rug and rug pad and it didn’t have the quality I was looking for. I went to return both, and noticed that I would be charged two separate return labels for the rug pad and the rug. The customer service was extremely slow and incompetent. I was messaging them for over a half hour to simply combine the order and only pay one return fee. Which was completely overpriced, but I accepted it. Complete rip off, terrible product, not worth saving the money on a rug from a cheap website with terrible customer service.

I ordered a rug and the accompanying rug pad that the company recommended was too large. It said in the description that it would be smaller, which makes sense. We had to cut it to fit the rug.
