Have bought a total of 8 carts (2 last year and 6 in the past few months). Last year, I had to return one because of damage (cracks). Just a few weeks ago, one of the carts I purchased, again, had cracks and had to be returned. With my last purchase of 2 (my most recent - about 1 week ago) one of them has cracks (on top shelf and middle shelf). I have submitted pictures of both shelves. Each time I had a defective cart, I had to notify customer service and arrange for a pick up. I am tired of this. I would like replacement shelves for the top and middle sent to me. Again, I am NOT going through the process of having to return a defective cart. Does this company not have a quality control department?

Donated this cart to a local shelter. It works perfectly to hold cleaning supplies so volunteers don't have to keep walking back and forth. This product can be improved by adding screws to keep the tiers together. If heavy items were on the cart and you tried to push or pull it over a doorway lip they would lift out and the items would dump on the floor. The quality and thickness of the cart are great. The ability of the supports to lift apart was the only flaw.

Perfect cart for my needs

I needed a heavy duty cart with specific measurement for the shelves in order to hold four acrylic bins for the metal dies and stamps I use in my crafts. It holds five bins, a nice bonus. This cart has no problems with my heavy dies and cardstock. I love it! It glides smoothly when I need to move it out of the way and was super easy to assemble. I highly recommend it.

Great utility cart

This a high-quality utility cart for the price. I could buy five of them for what I paid for my metal cart. It's sturdy and maneuvers exceptionally well even carrying a couple of heavy boxes.

Damaged/broke upon opening

One leg cracked and the middle shelf was broke in the box. No damage to the box so like others have said, seems to have been broken prior to sealing up the box. I’m going to try ordering another, I wanted to like this cart.

Missing Pieces on Two Orders!! Do not buy!

After purchasing this cart, I made it about 80% of the way through assembly before realizing that a lot of crucial pieces were missing. The seller was unwilling to send just the missing pieces, and I had already hammered a lot of the pieces together (as instructed) so disassembly was not going to be easy. I purchased a second cart, but again THE SAME PIECES WERE MISSING!! The company, Luxor, is slow to respond and making me jump through hoops to return. Avoid at all costs!

Better than expected

This was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It was much cheaper than the big brand name one that we have, and is just as sturdy. If we ever need another one, I will be purchasing this again

Really like the cart, it’s a nice product, easy to assemble, and a good value for the money. I ordered two on-line and one came broken due to rough shipping. I ordered another one on-line to replace the broken one and Home Depot in Mary Esther FL took the broken one back without any problem. DORINDA in Customer Service at the Mary Esther Store was FANTASTIC! I’ll probable order a couple more in the near future.

The cart is excellent at the used bookstore where I work. Even when heavily loaded, it is easy to push. Sides are high enough that books don’t fall off when moving. This was an excellent choice and a great value!

Broken upon delivery and broke more in assembly

We ordered two of these. One arrived with part of a tray broken during shipment. We decided to live with it rather than go through hassle of returning it. During assembly one of the vertical pieces, broke, too, but not enough to make it unusable. I am disappointed in how fragile these are, but they need to be used, so we'll live with it.

great cart, lousy instructions

wonderful cart. very sturdy. putting it together is a mix of guesswork, intuition and prayer. instructions are absolutely worthless and since some of the parts aren't actually necessary, i doesn't a lot of effort and swearing and it turned out actually to be a lot easier to put together than i made it. once put Riegel, it is worth 5 stars. instructions are not worth 1.

This was the perfect cart for our garage. We needed something to put our Traeger grill supplies on and this fit the bill. It rolls easily. It has sides on it to keep things from rolling off. Easy to clean. Our only issue was how it shipped. The box was busted and it was actually cracked. Rather than sending it back we just kept it. It didn’t affect the performance in any way.

Perfect, sturdy cart

I bought this cart for a couple generators I ordered in case of an energy failure. One generator was 20ish pounds and the other 65ish pounds and I didn’t want to carry them. It is perfect! The width goes through my doors without hitting them. The wheels push easily and do not mark my wood floors. It’s a sturdy cart.

Fantastic cart

Sturdy build. Very handy, 2 locking casters, Casters a big enough to roll out into the yard, to take my tools outdoors. Very handy. Everyone need one of these for the garage or even yardwork, fence & gate repairs, laundry room products, all sorts of uses

Quality Cart and Made in USA

Quality is quite good. Very easy assembly with no tools required. Took five minutes to assemble. Only thing you may need is a hammer or block of wood to tap the wheel shafts into place. Just tap only. I really wanted a metal one for the durability. However, price was too high for what I would use the cart for. Glad I purchased this one. Looks good. Sturdy and level once assembled. Rolls smoothly on the wheels.The surface is easy to clean and small bumps and bruises over time do not show. Well worth the price. Shipped directly from the manufacturer. Recommended.

Shaky design -- Bring your own glue

OK, it is billed as a Heavy Duty unit, and the shelves are thick and sturdy with no wobble. And the casters have a long shank so that they snap in place satisfactorily. The size is perfect for the spot I needed it for.

Exactly as described. Works great as a rolling work station for my Anycubix Photon Mono X and Wash and Cure Station. Lip of cart does not prevent me from seeing the screens or limit functionality. Middle shelf has plenty of room for resin bottles and tools. Will even fit some of the taller bottles of resin. Bottom shelf is perfect also.

Buyers Beware, another cracked shelf!!

I hadn’t looked far enough into these reviews or I missed all the negative reviews regarding the cracked shelf. Mine arrived very fast, but as I was unpacking it, well, there was a badly cracked shell!! I am sending it back and waiting for the replacement cart. We will soon see if the replacement cart has any issues. Hope not or it will go back as well. As others have stated, bad quality control!! Very upsetting to have to send back and wait on a replacement!! Someone needs to see all of our complaints of cracked shelves and something needs to be done!!!!

I placed a 10,000 BTU air conditioner on top of...

I placed a 10,000 BTU air conditioner on top of the cart straddling both the short end, top edge and the long side top edge on a somewhat warm day this Spring (roughly low 70 degree day) and shortly thereafter (roughly 15 minutes) I looked back at the cart / AC unit and the entire long top edge and practically the entire top shelf were all massively sagging down a good 3 to 4 inches !! I'm glad I caught this in time / early on so as not to place concentrated weight so to speak in the wrong spot on warm days in the future. I haven't had an opportunity to try it out yet on a cold day. Despite this unfortunate inability for the cart to support considerably less than the rated 500 lb. capacity due to the material plastic it's constructed of, I strongly I will find / make good of it I'm sure over the coming years.

I love this cart! It was so easy to put together, I didn't even look at the directions! (Normally I have to ) Its actually larger than I thought, but thats even better yet. I use it to store cleaners in the kitchen closet. Everything is nicely organized, I can actually find everything. Would highly recommend this item if you like organization like me. I chose the grey one because its easier to see items on the cart, mainly items that lay flat.
