We’ve been using this chair in our home office for quite a long time now and it’s been really comfortable and sturdy all the time. Quality is really good and very easy to clean. Back support is really amazing and comfortable. Assembly was super quick and it can be adjusted to different heights as per individuals height. Totally recommended.

Comfortable and beautiful chair. I gave it four stars sue to the levers being a bit confusing as to operating the adjustable features.

So comfortable

Barely had for a year and arm is falling apart. Cut my elbow and drew blood because sharp parts are poking out of two slits. A dangerous item and very poor quality.

It felt like sitting on metal after 3 months of use. I bought this chair by reading the comments. I think most of these comments here are fake. Don’t trust them.

Not nearly worth the money and not comfortable. First chair arrived with tears on the fabric. 2nd chair -- the hydraulics don't hold (the chair sinks from time to time). The arm also seems to be permanently dented and there is something sharp poking through The chair itself is simply not comfortable and there is no way to adjust anything except for the tilt back.

I work from home and this chair works good for me. It's comfortable and can adjust to the height I need. I would recommend this chair. And not to expensive

Much Smaller Than It Looks

The picture is inflated to make this chair look larger than it is. Cheaply made. Was embarrassed to give it to my boss for his Christmas gift.

The Good & The Bad

Easy to put together. Good quality materials, but VERY uncomfortable. The lower lumbar support was too hard and hurt my lower back. Also, the seat cushion was higher on one side than the other, so it tilted my pelvis. Overstock handled my return wonderfully to my satisfaction. 5-stars to Rafael in Customer Service. Not so much for the chair.

Worst Purchase Ever

My previous chair from Staples lasted me damn near 20 years. This chair, while it looks cool, was a total lemon. After 1 year it doesn't stay up (air seal is broken). In addition, the arm rest is now flat and uncomfortable and the stitching came up in less than a year.

Comfy and plush

I treated myself to this chair for my birthday last year (that's how I know I am getting old!). It's been almost a year and the chair is going strong. It is comfy and plush. I've worked many long hours and it has been a savior for my back and sciatica pain.

Love this chair. It’s comfortable and reclines easily. Don’t forget to loosen the tension if you want it to lean back easily. This is what I wanted my chair to do the most is lean back when I was wanting to take a breather from working. It’s a great chair and the padding is sufficient to make sitting all day comfortable.
