As someone with sleep apnea, I have found this helpful for being positioned a bit better. One critique I have is that I have to still use another pillow under my head and because of the length of the wedge the pillow has to be at the far top edge where it sometimes slides off at night. I wish the top had a little more length as a flat space to accommodate a pillow better.

like the concept, should have been longer. where the wedge pillow ends is too high up. Would be more comfortable if it ended further down my back.

Perfect bed leveler

I cannot sleep on a flat bed and needed something to raise the head without buying a hospital bed. This worked perfectly. I've been able to sleep at least 5-6 hours a night. Too many hospital stays spoiled me on a slightly raised head of the bed so once I came home an hour at a time was about all I could stand. I could sleep in a chair but that didn't allow me to raise my feet as was necessary for my condition.

I had to use this before surgery. It was very helpful. It was also very comfortable.

My husband said that I haven’t snored since I have been sleeping on it. Guess that’s a plus for him. He had shoulder surgery and has not been able to sleep a whole night in bed. Now he sleeps in the bed all night. Great product.

I kept sliding down the wedge and having to readjust all night long, it was too firm and my shoulder has been out of wack even after stopping use.
