Disappointed, but still Satisfied!

Unfortunately, I had to refuse my sofa, due to damaged packaging when it was delivered. I chose to get a refund for my item. However, Ms. Angela called me from Overstock to assist me with the refund process. I was very pleased with our interaction. She was made the process seamless and pleasant. Extremely hassle free. I greatly appreciated her customer service. I will definitely continue as a customer and purchase other items in the very near future.

I just love it ,its the nices couch I ever got.its not hard like some leather couch are.you sit on it and you feel good .not Tense when you sit.or slide off.love the color to.

There are a few spots where the color is sparse. It is very comfortable for shorter people, which is a plus for me! Color is a bit blue/gray compared to seafoam in pic but goes very well with my decor.

Leather is very soft

The couch is very Stylish, Moderna clean looking.It come in this Fabulous sea foam Green color.It adds a touch of class to any living Space.

Looks just like pictured, very nice

I am really happy with my purchase. This couch is good quality and comfortable. The leather feels very thick, and is uniformly dyed. It is a seafoam blue and looks just like the color in the pictures. The back cushions zip on, so they will stay in place and not slide down or get too slouchy over time. I would recommend this couch, and i am now going to consider the matching chair to go with it. Delivery was quick. The box did have a smooshed part on the bottom, and the lining under the couch had a small tear -- the deliverers said i could contact Overstock about it, but i didn't feel it was necessary to return it because it will not affect the functionality and it does not show unless the couch is upside down.

Beautiful sofa

My old sofa was so broken down and I needed one to match the color as close as possible as to not take away from existing decor - it matched the online photo perfectly and compliments the upholstery for the armchair from the old set.
