Looks great and fits just right. When it was delivered, it made a clicking sound but the delivery guys were able to fix that. My only complaint is that the back cushion juts out in a way that becomes uncomfortable over time. I’m looking for a small lumbar support pillow that might be needed to fix that problem.

Arrived with snags and packaging

Arrived with snags and packaging marks that would not come out. The gold bottom kept leaving some type of liquid rust mark on our floor too. JA had to send a new one which took over a month and this chair is better with only packaging marks.

This chair fits beautifully in

This chair fits beautifully in my upstairs rumbas room. It is also very comfortable. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Bacharach quality decline

I purchased this chair for the second time after I had the first professionally cleaned and they sadly ruined. The second chair purchased in December ‘22 was not of the same quality and the upholstery pulls/ ripples to one side. Called the company several times and did not recieve a response

I purchased in champagne color. Depending on the light, it shines in soft gold hues. I am furnishing a new house from a scratch and must say that no other furniture item has this amazing classy presence.

Chair started falling apart within the first year

I bought 2 of these chairs and sadly one of them already started coming apart within the first year. I reached out to the brand and they said they wouldn't do anything, very sad experience. It's separating at a seam near the top of the chair. The fabric is just glued together and pretty cheap for a $2500 chair. Wouldn't recommend to buy.

I have been shocked when

I have been shocked when I received the two pieces of Bachrach Swivel Chair. They are more then $3000, however the Chair was unbalanced by assembling wrongly at the base. One cannot even sit on it, please see the photos. When we asked the mover, they said it was just like this when they received it. We cannot accept something like this for the price we have paid, and we have emailed the customer service email account and left my phone number and contact information there for the proper process of refund and return, we never heard back from anyone. We also chat on line with in house design expert, and promised that he would contact the customer servicer to fix the problem. However no more follow-up after that. We just simply return the chair and get refund, and please put your acts together and call us. Thanks.
