If you want to wait over a month for this to arrive go ahead and buy it. If you want to get everything installed only to find out that the faucet is missing rubber washers that are some odd ball size that you can't find anywhere this is the tub for you. Jacuzzi customer service is garbage they won't respond to any emails after the initial one I received and lowes doesn't seem to want to do anything about it so here I am a $1700 tub and faucet that can't be used.

It’s almost 5 feet at the top but at the bottom it’s like 3ft. I’m 5’6” and cannot stretch my legs out. I will be returning it.

We purchased this tub and filler for our new construction home, so we haven’t even taken it out of the box yet. I will say it looked nicely packed and seemed good quality when we opened the box briefly.

Tub arrived quickly, well-protected and without damage. It's beautiful. Contractor said installation was a bit difficult.
