Arrived Damaged, Won't Replace Individual Pieces

The pallet arrived plainly over-burdened with several boxes visibly damaged. One box was so damaged there was visible broken pieces of the particle board furniture laying in the drive way. When I called Lowe's I was told they could only return the set because it was bought as a set. They recommended I contact the manufacturer to replace the damaged furniture piece. When I contacted them, I waited several business days to only be told they cannot help me and I need to contact Lowes. I'm returning the entire set and I'll shop for my furniture elsewhere.

Below expectation

This bed is made of cheap MDF .. it's not wood as mentioned in description.. There were also couple of scratches on the frame.. I will try to return this.....

This is a nice set and I love the style however the drawers don’t open and close easily some of the time. I would recommend this for an intermittent bedroom set but not something to last for years.

Good value and quality

Great deal and price for 6 pieces - one panel was cracked but I got replacement sent out. Custom services were very helpful. Easy to assemble.

Solid 4.5, Great Storage, Hard to put together

So I recently purchased this bed, and it was a beast to put together. My husband and I took over 5 hours to put it together and set the whole bedroom furniture up. It is also kinda loud when you roll over at night because the mattress is literally sitting on boards. Wish it was a little more sturdy in the middle but that can be easily remedied with additional boards if you wanted to add to it. But the storage is FANTASTIC and it looks AMAZING. ALSO It is a lot taller than I was expecting. I have to jump slightly to get onto it, but I also have a ton of padding on my mattress. If you have a super tall mattress you might have some problems.

Great bed set!

Quality was great, all the items except the bed came assembled. The instructions for the bed were pretty good and it only took 1-2 hours to assemble

Happy with this complete bedroom set. Be prepared to assemble it though. Took a couple of hours to set the bed frame up with all the drawers. Overall happy with the purchase.

I never write reviews but this bedroom set is really nice and made out of real wood I did alot of research before I purchased this one and I must say it was worth every penny

Sweet dreams

I LOVE this set it's sturdy and with the right mattress, a dream come true. It's easy to put together but be sure to set it up in a place that you want it for a while because moving it is a little bit of a strain.

some of the piece was chip someone told me about didn't believe them I was upset it cost me money for the guys to drop it off 120 dollars from them to installed it

Did I ever be off on my measurements.

I measured in our new home master bedroom to have this set fit completely. Oh well was I off. By an entire nightstand. It's tremendous.A hard job to put together the bed so if you don't have someone whos handy with wood and also understands directions you will have to hire someone to put this together;. Also once in the drawers do not come out. Also it's very heavy furniture. Well made but heavy. I love this bedroom set its just costs me alot of extra paying for set up, carry up and it's had some nightmares attached. But I definitely would consider if looking to buy this to get the 5 pc instead.
