Very poor quality of furniture

Ordered this 5 piece bedroom set from GW and im so disappointed and upset. Chest came damaged 3 times. GW wants to charge me a 25% restocking fee to return the set. I will never shop there again.

Great product

Good product. Building it was a bit challenging but looks modern and nice.

Overpriced

This set is too small and cheap looking. My room size makes this set look like doll house furniture. Wayyyyy overpriced.

Cannot bump uglies.

Cannot bump uglies without support pegs underneath coming loose and ultimately breaking. I hard to make new and sturdier ones.

Bedroom set is good

I've enjoyed my new bedroom set. Price was good too. Delivery was prompt and the guys delivering it were cool too. Salesman acted put off that I was buying something from the clearance section. Talked with a touch of condescension and was a bit rude. Even my young son picked up on it and mentioned it as we were walking out. He got thw job done though and I guess that's what's most important. With everyone sitting around when we entered the store, I figured he'd be happy for the business.

It’s good looking furniture and comes mostly put together. The little assembly required can be done quickly with two people. The quality is ok but it’s good for the price. One of the drawers arrived with a small dent (probably from shipping though. To the manufacturer’s credit, I’m sure they would send me a new dresser if I requested it. Yes, I did say dresser. The drawer seems to be permanently attached, that’s why. The thing is, I’m too busy and had already attached the mirror and legs. In other words I’m keeping is as is and it’s no fault of the manufacturer. It does look modern and cool. I would say especially for a man’s bedroom but it works well for ladies and couples too of course.

This is the perfect bedroom set to match my greys and neutrals. It’s modern and has clean lines, but has enough personality in the looks of the wood to stand out. The furniture fits my master bedroom well.

Dress Drawer Broke

I have a lot of bad things to say about this whole transaction, but I’ll get to my biggest issue amongst the other things. I noticed that on the second day of me having my dresser, on of the drawers did not open and shut as smoothly as the ones. I called Gardener White, they sent someone out the next week. The guy who came out said that the part that slides in the drawer was bent; he had to order another part, and they will call me when the have it. 2 weeks went by, I called them and they told me that they were still waiting on the part in Oct 2020. I called them back in Dec 2020 and was told the same thing. It’s May and I still haven’t received a call about my drawer. The delivery guys also left a brand new bed frame at my place that I repeatedly told them was not mine. They said they could not take it because it was apart of the delivery...

Everything came fine: Very well packaged and carefully shipped. Assembly was simple and straightforward, and it looks great, feels solid. Extremely nice and very reasonable!

Super Beautiful!

This bedroom suit is beautiful! It came fully assembled except for the feet that needed to be attached to the dresser and nightstands. They were so easy to put together and all the bolts and tools were included with the packaging. Directions were super easy to understand because all you had to do was screw the bolts in and that was it! The bed rails were very easy to assemble too. It took only a couple of hours with a little help because some of the pieces were heavy, like the dresser and mirror. A terrific value and quality was good and everything was in perfect condition when it arrived because it was packaged really good.
