Bought two… both arrived damaged!

Save yourself the frustration and don’t buy this bed.

Very poor construction. Had to hire a finish carpenter as hole for screws were not properly drilled. Cute design but have to say I would not recommend. Unfortunately Wayfair was highly recommended but this was does not meet my expectations. Very disappointing.

Beautiful, easy to put together. Quality of the head board and foot board is good, but the quality of the side railings is on the cheap side. A piece the wood had a slight crack which made screwing the slats that hold them stress tricky. You’ll definitely need to purchase a good Bucky board.

This bed was not sturdy at all. It was flimsy and not made well. Also, the slats were too small for the bed. The slats kept falling while I was in bed. If I could give this bed a zero, I would. When I called to get the situation rectified, I was told that I’d waited too long. I have since gone and bought a new bed.

We love these beds! We had one for four years decided we needed a second one. It arrived two weeks ago with a smashed headboard. After a few text msgs exchange of photosinfo-a replacement was sent by the manufacturer arrived today! It’s perfect. We have ordered so much from Wayfair-from furniture, bedding, kitchen items…we have NEVER been disappointed! Thank you great work!

The quality of the bed is less than I expected. So many flaws! Raised panels aren’t flush. Raw wood shows on the edges. In order for it to look decent, I will have to putty and paint the entire bed. The footboard was damaged in transit due to inadequate padding and has what looks like a divot on the mattress side, and a nail pop-looking flaw visible on the outside. A daunting task to return- especially since we had it sent to our daughter’s home out of state for a guest room. Assembly required average skill.

I love this bed for my newly re-done spare room. For the price it’s perfect. It’s clean and I was told easy to put together. If you want it “high” profile you will need your own wood braces (legs) that why the other photos and a few complaints were about but the bed is low profile so it is was it says. It’s fine low as well.

The bed was fine overall, the box had some minor damage but everything inside was fine. It seems like the frame of the bed is made of solid wood while the inside of the squares are made of a different lighter material. I would keep this in mind in case you have a tendency to bump into your footboard. A hard accidental kick could probably damage it. If you don't regularly run into things it probably won't be a problem.

I ordered this bed for my teenage grandson. It was fairly easy to put together. The quality is good enough for the price. It arrived w/o damages in pristine condition. I haven't attached the usb port yet. I always add extra support with beds that have wooden slats by using a piece of cut to measure plywood and then a box spring.

LOVE this bed! Has 2 settings, tall or low - I assembled mine in tall and it is a high bed but I like it. I had to purchase new nightstands though due to the height but it makes the bedroom feel very cozy. The delivery came in 3 boxes. Just note that you do need to purchase a box spring in addition to this frame. Overall satisfied.

Doesn’t seem to be solid wood as advertised. Very poor design related to supports under bed. We had to create our own to be able to use in high profile as headboard and footboard permit. I’m addition, the chemical smell is pretty strong. Overall, once we got it all set up, with our own modifications, it looks nice. You really do need a box spring and even a hybrid mattress won’t be supported enough.

I have been buying on line for 20 years and this has been the worst experience. We bought a condo in Fla and are completely furnishing it. Went to your site and it was great with great selections. Well got the two beds on time and the Angi contractor that I bought on your site to install the beds. Well both packages on defects. First a badly damaged headboard, and the second a damaged footbed, third problem the mattress support board would not accommodate the desired highest setting. The Angi contractor was the one noting all the issues and was able to assemble one bed, thus I need a credit of $95 for one bed not installed. We contacted Wayfair immediately X2 sent pictures and the said it would be resolved in 2 days, NOT. call me TOM 401 578 7889

Nice looking bed - matched other furniture in the room (which is what I really needed) attached USB ports are a real plus! Reason for down 1 star is foot board arrived damaged, they have sent a replacement, but it means getting someone in to replace it. (better packaging would have prevented it) Also height is supposed to be adjustable to allow under bed clearance but not enough strut support to support higher height. Standard height is ok for me so no worries!

This bed was an unbelievable value. It is solid, came well packed in three separate boxes and went together perfectly with relative ease. It has an option for low profile so you can use a foundation/box spring or you can use the higher setting for the side rails as a platform bed with only a mattress and more storage underneath. It also came with a mountable USB charger. Perfect for my guest room. Love it!

Ordered two of these twin size beds for granddaughter dedicated bedroom in our new home. Read several reviews experiencing difficulty assembling which made me hesitate to purchase. But we had no problem at all. Both sets packed perfectly, hardware sets complete and simple to use, aided by our 9 year old sweetheart! Finish is pure white. Surprise in each set a USB port to attach if desired.

I ordered two beds and this is what I got. Splits cracks dents chips panels separation. I expected from the picture that these beds were a lot more sturdy. Panels are about an inch and a half thick both headboard and footboard seem kind of flimsy. This is my second time ordering beds And my first experience was just outstanding bed was perfect thick, sturdy, solid, great look , so I had same standards for these beds, which definitely felt short.

Love this bed! Very sturdy and just lovely! You definitely need a box spring as the headboard is tall and cannot be adjusted. Wayfair also sells a box spring cover which works very well with this bed instead of using a bed skirt!!

Only had it two days, but assembly was fairly straight forward. Not sure why they include the taller legs if they don't also have the taller support feet. We attached the taller legs and had to take it all apart again when we added the supports since the middle support leg doesn't reach the floor unless you use the shorter legs. We've also had to go ahead and buy box springs even though we didn't need them with our mattress because they don't have predrilled holes for the support slats, so you have to guesstimate where they go, and apparently our new mattress likes to slide off those supports when you sit on it. Headboard is pretty, and it was an easy set-up.

Missing foot board. No proper instructions.instructions provided only for the headboard. I guess I will get a separate box for the foot board with instructions. If not I will have to return it . The side rails cannot be secured to the headboard ,it does not have a locking mechanism.very unstable . I’m waiting for the foot board .

I've ordered a lot of "assemble yourself" furniture and confidently can say that these were the worst I've ever recieved. (I ordered a set of two.) Firstly the furniture was scratched and scuffed. Normally this would only merit a star or two off.
