Loved it but seams split after <6 months

We purchased this for our nursery and really love it. It rocks and rotates, it’s a very comfy size for my 5’ 2” self, and it looks nice. However, after using it for less than 6 months, the seams have started to split on the part where you rest your back against. It’s such a bummer!

Looks beautiful, falls apart in days. Do not buy.

I bought two of these for my living room at a vacation home (I say that to make it clear we don’t live there and they don’t get even close to everyday use). I unboxed them the first week of May, and by the end of June both chairs were splitting open at two of the three seams. When I reached out to customer service to discuss a refund or exchange, less than 60 days after purchasing them, they said I didn’t qualify for a refund because they only have a 30 day warranty. On furniture. Do not buy these — they are terrible quality, and Bloomingdale’s has terrible customer service policies and doesn’t stand by the products they sell. Had to buy new chairs to replace these before the summer was through.

Love these chairs! My friends have also purchased after visiting. Everyone wants to sit in it!

Love! Used it constantly in my daughters nursery. Perfect for feeding and rocking to sleep. Glides in all directions super smooth as the day I got it 2 years ago. Easy to scrub any stains off too.

We needed a chair for our toddlers playroom. I specifically wanted something that was eco friendly, small, pink, and that rockedswiveled. This met all my requirements. It’s absolutely perfect! Sooo satisfied with this purchase!

I got a swivel chair for my husband a year ago, but it was promptly taken over by our children, who love to watch TV in it. So I bought another one this year, hoping my poor husband will actually get to sit in it! These chairs are very comfortable, and I love that no assembly is required.

The chair is very well made. I got the chair in the natural color and the fabric is great and appears easy to keep clean. It swivels and glides very quietly. Very comfy chair! I love it!

I would give this product zero stars if I could. Buyer beware, our chair had a power post beetle infestation under a year after we purchased (disgusting but thank goodness we noticed after the first hole and immediately removed from our apartment). Wayfair did not refund us anything for this order and said we would need to have an exterminator complete a report for the manufacturer to begin an investigation. Sorry, not having an exterminator treat our 2 bedroom apartment with our infant living here, and also not keeping an infested piece of furniture in our apartment for even a moment after we noticed it was actively infested so that the infestation could possibly spread to the rest of our furniture. Ridiculous and disgusting. Avoid this product!!!

I purchased this chair to add to our baby’s room. Color, style, and functioned great for the first week or two then now makes loud creaks and spring noises when we get up or down in the chair. Not happy with this purchase and want to seek a refund to purchase a different chair to add to the room.

We have owned this for less than 5 months and the fabric is ripping. Disappointed considering the cost of this glider.

These chairs are awesome! Super comfortable and look great. Mine have the woven surround and wood bottom which classes them up a bit more.

This is a great chair. Glides and turns smoothly and noiselessly. Upholstery looks great. We love it.

We recently moved into a 55 plus apartments and needed 2 small chairs since our space was limited. These arrived on time and were in perfect condition. They fit nicely in our apartment and the color was exactly as shown.

Everybody who sits in this chair adores it! It both rocks and swivels. It is comfortable and great quality. I got it in Navy which is a great shade.

Love it! Using it with second baby now and has held up great. Super comfortable!

Adorable Rocking Chair

This adorable glider chair can be used more than just as a nursery chair! Pink velvet color looks very pretty in person and feels very good. It now sits in our living room and every time we have guests over, they can't stop rocking and chilling in it. It's so beautiful! Highly recommended!

This is an update to my original review. We have had this glider for going on 4 years and it’s still worth every penny! We would definitely recommend it.

Exactly as described. Love the ability to rotate and rock.

Comfortable and right size for me. Material on the inside of chair is wrinkling. Should be more taut and not wrinkle.
