LOVE IT!

This beautiful structure turned my forest into a party the second I put it up. Infact, I want another one. And, I was able, with the help of my truck bed, to put it up all by myself even though it suggests 3 people.

Crushed box

The gazebo arrived in a destroyed box with pieces hanging out the bottom of the box. I called the company and requested that it be taken back and a new one shipped. That was to happen but it has been recalled yet. It still sits in its torn box waiting to be returned. I like the product and have just lost one to an ice storm. I would give the product 4 1/2 stars. The service at this point 1 stars.

Sturdy and would buy again

So far this product is good. Seems like it is sturdy with most winds. I feel like the directions on how to build it could've been better. But overall a good item.

We had a hard time getting together. But it was because We are in the 70 . The 2 of us worked at until it was done. WE LOVE IT.

Magnolia Gazebo, 11 ft. x 11 ft. Bronze

I purchased this gazebo from a 3rd party store. After it was all built, we realized the bug netting was missing from the top tier canopy. When I called the store to have them correct this, they said that the only thing they could do was to have me ship back and return the whole gazebo to Unhappy with this, I phoned Shelterlogic directly and they tracked a replacement piece and sent it out in a matter of days! Now that is top notch customer service. I am loving my gazebo and would definitely by from them directly next time.

My son will be putting it together this weekend

I believe having a gazebo in your yard bring the beauty of a front or back yard to life

I wouldn't buy again

Very disappointed! Came in with the box mangled and instructions/ hardware missing. We called and it was going to take 3-6weeks to get hardware...no go for us! We had to return it and I'm so disappointed never have we had an issue with anything bought from Fingerhut!!
