Awesome shelf!

These solid Bamboo shelves are beautiful and easy to assemble. They will look great in any room. We are very pleased!

Poor Quality

Poor quality, came damaged and I was given a run around to get replacement parts. Not a good experience. Decided to return it after trying to get the damaged parts replaced.

The Magnolia Library Shelf is solid and fits beautifully in my home.

Hayneedle comes through for us

First the bookshelf is gorgeous (as picture on the site) and blends in well with our MCM styling. It is well crafted. Rubber like pads on the bottom which makes it easier to move around without scratching our hardwood floors. This is solid and heavy wood so though it is easy to put together you should plan on 2 people. We buy extensively on line but rarely something at this price point. So since this was my first purchase from Hayneedle I was a bit nervous. My bad luck that something went wrong on the local shipper side - they did not have the bookcase even though it was tracked and schedule via their web site for delivery. So I reached out to Hayneedle support and was pleasantly surprise within a few rings to reach a live person. After placing me on hold for a few minutes the rep came back to tell me the shipper who would be calling me next day to reschedule. Next morning Hayneedle followed up with an email with even more information. Shipper called later that day and all went well. These things happen from time to time but it instills confidence in me that Hayneedle is truly a reputable company with really nice people standing by to help out.
