Awesome rug

Beautiful, but smelly

This rug is so sweet in our new nursey, it has slight undertones of pink which is perfect for us. However - the smell of it is nauseating. It's been a few days, and it has permeated our home. Very disappointing.

Quality is great and love the pile!

Love this rug. But smell of mold is so strong. The rug arrived dry. And I thought a light vacuuming (no beater brush) and time would allow the smell to dissipate. But it has not dissipated at all. It’s been about 6 days. I am starting to accept the fact that this rug may need to go back. Professional cleaning would be cost prohibitive and self cleaning with steam or vinegar or another solution could cause it to warp or the dyes to run. Huge bummer.

This rug was much different than expected as it was not a wool pile type but a knitted format which did not show even on zoom in. As it is very hard for me to return items (non-driver ) I decided to try it. Only time will tell how it stands up to wear. I have bought many items from Wayfair and am pleased with your products and service but returns are complicated.

Disappointed

I thought this rug looked beautiful in the picture but the weave is very very large cable knit pattern which I didn’t like. The rug itself is very thick and comes wrapped in a pretty ribbon. I returned the rug. 😔

This rug is more beautiful in person. I wasn't hesitant because of the cost, but it is worth every penny. I have not found a rug this well made.
