It’s a good piece and very well suited to the room we put it in. But the piece does not stay perfectly leveled. Customer service might come back and say that it needs to be installed correctly. It is installed by a very experienced electrician who does large projects and I myself am a contractor. So something is not right in the way it was built. That’s why it got 4 stars else it’s a very beautiful piece..
