Love my Polywood!

This is my third purchase and the product held up so well at our beach house, I brought to the mountains!

Mid level quality at best

These chairs look nice but are clearly not on the same level as other chairs we own. These are entirely only 3/4” thick material where others have thicker frame material. Also the hardware of the higher quality chairs is all stainless steel while these are not. Also factory assembly leaves something to be desired and I had to take apart some of the factory assembly and correct their mistakes. I don’t expect these will last like the others and concerned the hardware will rust.

Wish I could speak to a human

Love the look! This seems lower quality than a set I bought years ago. There was one chair that had the pre drilled whole off a little and the screw is exposed. There is also one chair that is missing the Polywood oval emblem. I am in the process of contacting the company, but having some difficulty with the chat feature. I had a small issue earlier this year on a purchase and Polywood got my issue resolved.
