Color does not match description

Ordered brown/beige. It is not brown and cream. Closer to a charcoal and light gray.

I have two of the creme/brown colored rugs and I really like them. They are distressed looking and don't show dirt as easily as a solid rug would. The quality of the rug is great. I did put a rug pad underneath to keep it from sliding on or hardwood floors when our dog comes running in the room. Great purchase!

We have two of these is our kitchen. The feel underfoot is luxurious, and they don't show much kitchen "litter." They are easy to clean.

Nice rug for medium/high traffic area. It looks very durable. Color is like it appears on screen. I purchased another smaller rug in this same pattern.

The pattern is missing in numerous places. I accidentally ordered two of the same rugs six days apart because I never got an order confirmation or notice of shipment on the first one. It just showed up the morning after I ordered the second one. They of course couldn't cancel the second one even though it had been less than 24 hrs. The second one had the same defects. Had to pay *** for return shipping. Should have ordered from BB&B

The rug is beautiful however I was a little disapointed that it arrived with some faded areas. It appeared to be a second but am using it under my dining room table.

We picked this rug for our newly redone guest bathroom. It was out of stock at that time so another one was selected .To our surprise we loved the other one but still waited on this Serenity Blue. It was in stock a few weeks later. This beautiful elegant Blue now is in our main bathroom. We "Love" both of them!

Beautiful Runner

This was a surprisingly great-quality rug for the cost! I used this in a guest bedroom in front of a dresser - and it was lovely. The colors were soft within the border, as was the rug itself. The pile was much better than I expected, and with a pad, it was very comfortable to walk on. I would definitely recommend this rug.
