The quilt I received is defective. All the way across the entire width of the quilt at 38" from the top the threads are loose on each row. It is obvious that at this point in manufacturing, the machine had a glitch. I called customer service and because I was outside the 30 day return window, they would do nothing but offer me a coupon with a small percent off the purchase if I were to buy another of the same quilt. Why would I spend another $100 to solve this problem? This in an unacceptable response to an item with an obvious defect. Looks like I will have to get out my sewing machine to try to repair my new Tommy Bahama quilt. I am super disappointed. Wayfair needs a better policy regarding defective merchandise.
