I bought this as a gift for my son in law who will love it for all the baking he does.

The board is beautiful, but the maintenance and cleanness is a bit of hard work. Wash the board with water is not recommended … it will be even better if they can make the other side cutting board.

This is a beautiful pastry board is ideal came in time for holiday cookie, yeast bread, and pyrogy preparations!! Love the feature that “hugs” the counter “lip” and prevents movement when rolling out dough. Showed it to a friend who plans to buy one. I treated it with food safe mineral oil, as recommended. The wood is smooth the board beautifully made!

Received intact...maple pastry board is beautiful, well constructed and heavy. Purchased mineral oil to preserve. This is a gift, so am sure will be well received.

Stores well on top of the fridge. Large and will hook over a table edge when rolling dough. Good quality.

Been using this board now for quite some time. I use one site for cutting and the other for pastry and bread making. It is a permanent piece in my kitchen now. Love it.

Quality board

Very quality board. I will use it as countertop on top of my formica, it is a little pricey but it is worth it.

Knowing the labor that goes into fabricating one of these I would say it is a reasonable price for the quality. So far it looks real nice and sturdy. No warpage, smooth, solid and delivered in good condition. I agree with others that it could have been packaged better but it all seemed to be good enough and no extra foam or plastic to place into the garbage.

Lifesaver for nyc studio living!

i lived in a micro studio apartment with zero counterspace. this board saved my life! I would place it over my sink to use for chopping veggies and preparing foods. when i was finished i would slide it over my oven to use to dry my items.

I love my Maple Hardwood Pastry and Bread Board. It's the perfect size for making homemade pasta also. I like the fact that it's easy to handle and not too heavy.
