I love this rug. The subtle gradations in color make it subtle, which is good since stripes can sometimes be a bit much for a room, especially a smaller room like the one where I'm using it. Not real thick, but lays flat & very well made. The wool is soft, not stiff.

A pretty and well made rug
The reason this doesn't get a five star is that there is no pile to it. So it's very flat. I like coziness in a rug. So we actually have it laying on top of our filthy shag that it was replacing. And then it works out nicely.

Nice Rug
I didn't know this was a flat rug when I ordered it. It's not a Kilim, but it doesn't have a real pile either. The colors are nice, a bit earthier than in the picture but I like them. And the quality is very good. It's sturdy and not scratchy or anything, just not a soft rug. It will do the job.

if you're looking for a fuscia & beige rug, this is perfect. it's a light weight, casual rug, but it's not lilac! there's a dark purple stripe in it, but by no means is the general color scheme of this rug lilac.
Not Soft AT ALL
I was excited to receive this rug for my living room because it said it was made from the softest wool. This rug seriously feels like cardboard under my feet. When it came, it was wrapped so that the top was on the outside--the first I've ever seen. At first I thought it was the under side because of how rough it was. The bottom (all black felt or something) is softer than the top... something is wrong with this picture. I am extremely dissatisfied but I'm not about to go through the whole process of rolling it back up and sending it back. My advice to Overstock, stop selling this product!
