Immediately elevated our outdoor space! These umbrellas were the perfect addition and not only provided functionality but beautiful form. Looks like a 5 star resort.

Deterioration after a few months.

Love the look of these umbrellas however after less then a year the umbrella is completely deteriorating. The canopy is made of wood and has chipped and cracked after only a few months in the sun. The wood is painted with a poor durability paint. The top of canopy has cracked and the button to secure the umbrella to the stand is broken and will not pop open to secure the umbrella when connected to the base. For a $600 canopy along with a $300 base was hoping the umbrella would last more than one summer season.

The product is great, but

The product is great, but the ordering process was dismal. I entered a different shipping address multiple times and it would divert back to billing address which was 900 miles away. Finally, it showed the right shipping address on conformation. Then the ‘Shop’ app diverted again to the wrong address. So I ended up with six chairs and two umbrellas with bases to ship. Big disappointment!

Beautiful but could be better

The umbrella is gorgeous but it doesn't tilt. I would have returned it (I didn't know I needed it to tilt until it was in place) but I threw out the packaging. Also the cover that I was very excited about is incredibly difficult for even my husband, who is 6 foot 3, to put on quickly. I also purchased a table runner and the opening for the umbrella is great but you have to put it on before the umbrella goes in...it is a hassle. It would make more sense to have one of the sides of the hole extend to the short end of the runner so you could slip it around the umbrella. Maybe add a button or snap to secure it in place?

Lovely, but no replacement available

The description states that the canopy can be replaced, but business & pleasure doesn’t sell replacements. My frame is fine. I need a new canopy after two years. It’s annoying that the website mentions a replacement, but the company doesn’t sell them even though they could.
