Beach Picnic

We love our new Business and Pleasure holiday umbrellas! So light and easy to carry. Once we figured out how to drill a hole in the sand they were very easy to set up! It creates the perfect vibe for our picnic set up.

Poor qaulity

I have bought umbrellas from Business and Pleasure in the past and I was shocked by the change in quality but the price remains the same. The quality is much cheaper than the original umbrellas.

Horribly printed pattern, cheaply made, cash grab

Was excited for this umbrella, until I saw it in person. It is not actually eyelet. It is a poorly printed pattern onto the fabric. Nowhere does it say that it is a printed pattern in the product description or name. Not anywhere. The stick is also extremely thin, flimsy, and had a mark on the wood making it poor quality and ready to snap in a light breeze. White plastic parts help it fold in half, surely to break as well. Though my biggest issue is the horribly printed pattern not disclosed and the mandatory restocking fee. I feel these products, missing info, false advertising, and mandatory fees make for a cash grab so they make a good penny even if you return. We will never be ordering from Business Pleasure Co ever again for this experience.

Thin and feeble

I am honestly a little surprised with this umbrella. I know that it’s not the top of the line for this beach umbrella.. but for its retail price point I expected this to be a little less feeble and flimsy feeling . The post is very thin and the spike at the bottom doesn’t cut into the sand very easily. I had purchased a cheap $40 Tommy Bahama one from Costco 5-6 years ago and it’s still going strong it even covered more shade space under the umbrella span. I really had high hopes for this one, as I have purchased the beach blanket, two folding wooden chairs, the cooler and the beach bag and all those items exceeded my expectations. So I was thinking this was going to be the final piece for my beach day collection.. sadly not happy with this one.

Eyelet Umbrella

Color and design were as described. Umbrella seems very delicate and lightweight. I will only use it if we have guests. It is not an everyday umbrella.

Love the eyelet pattern

This beach umbrella is not only well made it is extremely cute. The eyelet overlay is so pretty and looked great at the beach.

Lovely pattern, nice fringe tassel edging for decoration, very well made with strong material. Very easy to push up the latch to open & close the umbrella. Easyvto twist into the ground also. Great item!

Prettier in person

Stunning

Absolutely stunning products. Ordered the umbrella and blanket for my sister and couldn’t be happier. Shipping was well tracked and website was easy to navigate. Definitely look forward to continuing to add to my own personal collection of items to make a statement on the beach!

Not what I expected

I was disappointed by the umbrella because I expected it to be made of an actual eyelet fabric but it is actually a print made to look like eyelet but not textured. The color was not quite what I expected either. I expected more of a yellow tone but it is actually more of a mustard. Since I bought it on sale and needed something for an event I kept it, but would not have purchased if I had seen it in person. I have only used once so far but the quality seems good.

Beautiful

The umbrella is beautiful! Even better than I expected. It is easy to twist into the beach sand without the need for tools and rather lightweight. It is on the smaller side of their umbrellas so it doesn’t provide shade for more than 1-2 people but I bought multiple umbrellas in varying sizes to use together.

It is esthetically pleasing, however

It is esthetically pleasing, however the quality is lacking in these products. My umbrella came looking a bit banged up. This will probably be the last time I purchase from this place. As they do not offer any kind of returns which is always disappointing as you cannot really tell what the quality will be like until you get it. Pretty disappointed about that.

Not worth it!

For a nearly 200 dollar umbrella that's not returnable and unable to be exchanged, I was not impressed. The wood handle was all chip and splintered. Enamel hardware scuffed. I sent pics to customer service and they sent me a small cooler bag instead. So bummed I've been obsessed with this company and decided to treat myself and I was disappointed.

Adorable! Although if you’re expecting

Adorable! Although if you’re expecting an actual eyelet it’s not. It’s a screen print of an eyelet. Still super cute and will last longer this way but just a heads up if your expecting a multi fabric eyelet it’s not that.

Stylish and Eye Catching

I love it! Not only is it stylish, I like the bendable feature of the umbrella to create shade. The eyelet pattern is very eye catching - truly adds a great touch to any picnic setting.
