Issues resolved

I am very disappointed with the Lexora Co.my original was delivered with chatter marks (small chips) along the front edge of the granite top. It was delivered to my home from the warehouse, and the wrapping was not damaged and the foam was not damaged either. The driver unload it, placed it in the corner, I signed that he delivered and he left. Several weeks later my contractor pulled it out to get some measurements and found the damage. That was the first time we had opened it. Lexora refused to repair or replace the vanity TOP, but Lucas at Home Depot arranged for a new top , making me a very happy customer. It's a beautiful vanity.

The vanity is well made. I was skeptical as I ordered it online and couldn’t view it in the store. I am so pleased with my decision that I am replacing the vanity in our second bathroom and it doesn’t need replaced.

Appearance gets 5 stars, but...

Drawers are "self-closing" but it takes a struggle to get each one open. There is a catch that when the drawer finally gives to open, it shakes all the contents.

This is an absolutely beautiful Vanity. I love it! The sink is nice, the top is nice, the drawers are a little stiff to pull out because it is new, but they have the soft close which is real nice. The description states there are no shelves included, mine came with 1 shelf. The description also states that there is no backsplash included. Mine came with a backsplash. It did not come with the side splashes. We were not expecting there to be a backsplash, so we bought tile. I am extremely happy with this purchase. The awesome faucet was also purchased at Home Depot!!!

High quality product, worth the wait.

I purchased this item on back order and worried about the 3 month wait. But now that I have it installed, I'm very pleased. The product is built well with sturdy, quality wood. The soft close drawers are an excellent touch. The product was mostly pre-assembled except for the vanity top and well packaged for shipping. I was suprised to find a matching backsplash with the vanity top even though the manufacturer's website notes backsplash not included. Again very pleased with the product and also happy with the excellent communication and customer service provided by Supreme Kitchen and Bath. They kept me well informed of my order status and responded promptly to email inquiries. If it weren't for their dedication to customer service I might have otherwise cancelled the order. I'm still waiting on yhe matching mirror and can't wait to finish this great upgrade to my guest bathroom.
