Broken slow close - Non-responsive customer support
Home Depot was great. I appreciated how they helped me load and the whole pickup process was quick and easy. The vanity itself is ok. I dont love how you can see every single fingerprint or smudge on the grey countertop. Biggest complaint is that the slow close on one of the barn doors was broken from the start. I’ve been trying for months to have a conversation with the manufacturer with little to no nresponse. Still broken. Would have been 4 stars if everything worked or they would at least fix the problem.

Item is large but absolutely stunning! I am not sure the stone is quartz since my wedding ring scratched the top while wiping water off counter. Other than that great piece and easy to install.
Well built
This vanity is very well built. It is heavy,but the craftsmanship is really nice. Not only are the drawers soft close, but so are the sliding doors,that was surprising.
