Vermillion = this is not a true red but rust red.

The area rug is beautiful, well made, and so far does not shed. FYI my wood floors are dark brown and although the rug is gorgeous I do think the true beauty of the rug would best be on a lighter floor or even on top of a lighter rug. Even so, I am delighted with this purchase. Considering how picky I am and how long it take for me to find and purchase the perfect item, this is quite a compliment. The time from order placement to receipt was about four days, so not a bad timeframe. Thank you Overstock the purchase process was easy.

Thick and plush area rug

Love the rug in our eating area. It’s a little deeper yellow/gold than what we have on the walls and goes well with our scraped Hickory floors. Definitely cream and gold, very soft and relaxing color combination. The rug Looks more expensive than the price suggests with tightly woven tufts. Packaging was excellent and the rug arrived in good condition, easy roll out and lies flat. I do not hesitate to buy Safavieh rugs and can see why Martha Stewart approved putting her name on this one.

Quality is Subpar

I wanted to love this rug but the quality is sub-par. Upon opening, we found 2 holes in the rug and immediately contacted Overstock which responded quickly and professionally, offering a hassle-free refund or replacement. I choose replacement because I loved the color and I felt it was a risk-free decision. I hope that is still the case because while I've yet to receive the replacement, I'm going to return it. The rug is falling apart before my eyes, well, slight exaggeration, but not too far from the truth. The way it is wearing after a few days is highly unsatisfactory. I can't imagine what it will look like 6-months down the line. It's crazy because the MSRP is over $****. Anyway, buyer beware and I hope this helps.

Pretty and fun kids rug

My daughter picked out this rug for her room and we both love it. Love that it’s natural wool. It’s very soft and plush to walk on. The colors are fun and pretty. The one weird thing and I tried to include in the photo was these tiny black or grey spots scattered here and there. They are very subtle and I never tried to clean them. Not sure what they are but not very noticeable at all.

I bought the large tan and brown rug for my foyer and get many compliments on it. This rugs takes my traditional Mediterranean style home up to a more contemporary look that is refreshing. The quality of this rug is excellent. It is rich and thick and easy to vacuum. The floral swirls are lightly carved and give a great pop of color. You will love this rug and can't go wrong for the price and quality.
