Great customer service - I initially thought there was a problem with the mounting system of the towel rod. It felt loose and was not flush with the wall. I emailed Gatco and received a very prompt reply. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the wall anchors had been shoddily installed by the contractor. My husband redid the entire installation and everything is as it should be.

Gatco bath accessories are a quality product, my customer has remodeled their bathrooms and had me replace their brushed nickel Gatco products with Matte Black to match their plumbing fixtures.

Matches everything in the bathroom!

Love this. It’s a beautiful black matte color and is the exact length that it advertised (24”). I ordered a different towel bar that said it was 24” and was really 21.5” long. So I’m very happy with this one. I would highly recommend.

This is the perfect towel bar for our bathroom where there is minimal wall space. We mounted it inside the shower at the opposite end of the shower faucets on the tile. It looks great and works perfectly, not intrusive at all with the ⅔’s glass bifold shower door.

Looks high end. The finish is very nice and was not difficult to install. Really added to the update of our bathroom and it was a great price.

Great towel bar! Annoying to install but I think that’s all towel bars. I took one star off as it’s not long enough to accommodate an entire towel. It needed like two extra inches. But still nice to have this double rack to accommodate drying towels in my bathroom

I’ve had this towel bar in a previous home. I still like it - quality piece, refined look, practical space saver, handy for allowing both our towels to dry simultaneously.

Gatco products are amazing. This is a beautiful double bar towel holder. The finish and design is lovely. Easy installation.

Buy a different towel rack

The internal bracket that mounts to the wall has a knob that interfere with the lower screw when fully tightened. The result is the bracket rotates and causes misalignment between the left and right supports. Don’t waste your money…

Love the color and style, but was hard to install and didn't anchor completely to my wall.
