Hard to find this color downrod

I needed this length downrod from this particular mfr (their brushed nickel color is quite different from other mfrs). Build.com had it in stock, I ordered, it arrived. Just like things are supposed to work. Thanks!

Misrepresented

The fan blade swatch on the website does not match the product. I had to call Matthews the manufacturer to confirm the swatch on Lumens site was wrong. Lumens would not acknowledge the misrepresentation and would not work with me on returning the item b/c I had the fan installed. While I am culpable for the installation, some acknowledgment or concessions should have been contemplated for the color misrepresentation. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great Fan

Excellent fan! Easy to install, I did have a handy man come out to hang it because I have a 17 foot ceiling. Light is very bright and dimmable. All functions are controlled by the remote so you do not need to climb up to change direction. Very quiet and moves lots of air. Do wish an American made version was available

Beautiful

The electrician accidentally put it in our bedroom instead of the living room. It was so beautiful i left it and purchased a 2nd for the living room.

it works man! i put it in my ceiling and it held the ceiling fan. crazy how they engineered that.

This is one of the quietest fan that I have ever owned. There is a little more work to the installation. So, read the instructions first and it will be easy.

Beautiful Fan with good strength

I bought this fan last month and while we have not had to use it during a hot season, it looks great and strength seems great.

Easy to use

I bought this beautiful fan to place in our outdoor covered deck, and the modern look and texture with the downrod worked well in our room. It is quiet, and the remote looks slick. We're happy with the purchase!

Good fan, poor light

Moves air well in the sunroom, disappointed by the light. More of a pin spot light that it useless. Should have considered other options.

Downrod

The downrod was the size we were looking for. Very hard to find the size but lumens had it and the best price. Shipping was fast I will order from them again. Thanks Great Job!
