Not functional

Cheaply made dresser and difficult to put together resulting in some drawers that won't open. It may look nice, but it is not a functional piece. Really disappointed

Socalle Dresser

The Socalle dresser was my first purchase from AHF. I initially found this dresser on Ashely Furniture but completed more research and found a cheaper price on AHF. I made the purchase online and picked it up from the store within 2 days. The transaction and release of my furniture was smooth. The furniture was easy to put together. Took about 2 hours to complete with 2 people. The quality is better in person. Great buy!

Socalle Light Natural Six Drawer Dresser

The dresser itself is beautiful but the actual drawers are so small in depth. They leave 6 inches of unused room at the back of all the drawers, so the drawers themselves are tiny and pull out only like 6 inches.

Love this Dresser

Love this dresser, was relatively easy to put together although it did take more than 35 minutes like the directions stated. Recommend having two people, was a bit awkward to put together by myself. 4 stars out of 5 because middle support is a bit unstable despite everything being tightened so the dresser wobbles.

Absolutely gorgeous, modern dresser.

Gorgeous dresser, very modern and high quality. Drawers don’t extend as much as I’d like; but that’s the only critique I have of this piece. Very well made and putting it together wasn’t bad at all. Can be done in an hour.

Love it but…is it functional?

I loved the color of the wood. The dresser is very minimalist. But.. the drawers do not open all the way and they are super deep, so you kinda have to dig around and reach far back to find your clothes. I consider this not a very functional part of the dresser.But overall the dressers are nice and chic

Parts Missing, Replacement Parts Taking 3-4 months to arrive

I purchased this dresser on 1/12/24. The dresser is nice but after spending 2-2.5 hours building it, we found out that the package came without the 6 drawer supports, which basically renders it useless since we wouldn't really be able to put anything in the drawers without them. I placed an order for replacement parts and when I placed the order, they told me it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. 10 days later, I called the parts department, and they told me the parts are expected to arrive to THEM (not to me) by early April (3 months after I placed my order). I called customer service back, and they told me my options were to wait for the parts to arrive, return and replace the dresser (which was not really an option because I obviously didn't still have the original box), or take the dresser to a charity to get a donation slip and they would send me a replacement. I don't have the ability to haul this giant dresser to a charity, and I don't want to rebuild the entire dresser again. It's ridiculous that I have to wait a MINIMUM of 3 months to use this dresser, which I bought to use in our nursery. Customer service should be able to get the 6 missing pieces of wood to the customer in a much more efficient manner. This is the 3rd thing I have purchased from Ashley furniture and I had a huge issue with the first one as well (quality of construction and didn't last long). I won't be purchasing from them again.

I love this dresser. It fits perfectly in my apartment and looks like quite a fine piece of furniture. Very reasonably priced and very, very attractive.

Nice neutral dresser

Beautiful dresser! I wanted a sideboard (with drawers) that was useful for my home office. When I stumbled across this one, I fell in love. It's neutral and goes perfect with my decor. The only drawback is that the drawers only open 1/2 way.

Good

The appearance is quite good, though the quality isn't the best. However, considering the price, it's acceptable. The drawers only come out less than halfway, making it uncomfortable to put in and take out items. The solution was not to put screws in the drawers, allowing them to slide all the way out when needed. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Great Chest!!!

Easy to assemble. Deep drawers hold a LOT. Great look for my bedroom, with matching nightstands. Very clean design. The Roomba can easily get under it to vacuum. Perfect height to put my TV on for viewing in bed.

Dresser

I’m 8 months pregnant and was able to put this together (majority) by myself- some small assistance is needed but overall was easy t put together and took me around 3 1/2ish hours. It looks really nice and is almost perfect but the drawers seem to not come out as far as I thought which is a small flaw but over all would recommend.

Great quality. Overall, we're pleased with this piece. But it takes significantly longer to put together than the directions state. Approximately 30mins - 1 hour longer, and we used a drill.

Drawers do not close all the way

Not all of the drawers close all the way and some are crooked (by no fault of my own) which makes it look SO cheap and janky. And this was not easy to build, it took me hours. One of the tracks was stuck and would not glide, which I could not attach the drawer. I had to take it off to fix it. Not worth it.

Main dresser was typical to put together, but the base was not. The screws were not long enough and the holes were not drilled properly. Overall the material is thin but the box is super heavy because of the metal base. Would not buy this again.

Beautiful yet difficult

The dresser looks beautiful and I recommend the nightstands, but this dresser was the most difficult piece of furniture I’ve ever had to build and the drawers don’t stay shut. They kind of slide open. I’m gonna deal with it because the dresser is so nice, but it does have abnormalities.

Gorgeous!! Challenging, yet easy enough to put together on my own. Heavy in the box, took it out piece by piece to move to the room I wanted to build in, and I felt proud and accomplished after it was complete. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow. Check out my gorgeous new dresser!!

After diligently searching for over a year for the perfect dresser, I visited America's Furniture Warehouse for the first time. I found and purchased the Socalle Dresser, which is an Absolutely Beautiful piece of furniture!
