Cheaply made ugly and bad valve
The hot water valve is so hard to turn nobody uses it. Black is running down it like the gasket is bad.
Poor Quality
Looks great but very low water pressure and the plastic connectors look and feel very cheap. I can't see the plastic connectors lasting more than a few years before they spring leaks as I've read about in other reviews. The low water pressure is a result of the very small water lines that run from the faucet to the spout.. Finally, the spout from one of my sets was clogged out of the box and it can't be taken apart and cleaned. For the price, the quality of this faucet set is very disappointing. We will not purchase Pfister again.
Water Flow is a HUGE issue.
Purchased the faucet less than 6 months ago and it now has consistently low water flow. I took it aper and cleaned it as per the maintenance guide;no change in flow. Disappointed to see similar complaints in other reviews. The design seems to be a common issue. Disheartening experience. Looking for a replacement from a different brand. Sort by low reviews and read them before buying this! This was a waste of time and money.
Hot/Cold Mixer Poor Quality - Leaks!!
I purchased this sink faucet in 2018 for a bathroom remodel. In less than 1 year, the cheap, plastic water mixer began leaking and ruined a new $1200 vanity. We had a new part sent, but it is a snap and poor connection and it took plumbing tape and trial and error to get the connection not to leak. The connections have fallen off at least once a year. They just did it again last night. I don't know if they use the same type of mixer in their other faucets, but I will never again buy this brand.
Looks beautiful....BUT
If you purchase this, prepare yourself to buy an extension. The drain tube is not a standard length. The drain pipe is short. We purchased 4 sinks for two bath remodels with double sinks. This is such an inconvenience to make all these adjustments for 4 sinks. I will most likely return all 4 sinks. Such a shame because they are very nice looking.
NOT sooo happy with the purchase of this faucet... ...
NOT sooo happy with the purchase of this faucet... The box holding the faucet was NOT nylon tie wrapped, but appeared to be not opened or damaged... Since it was sold as new and undamaged, we purchased it... After 'ALMOST' finished with it's installation, we found that the 'Pop Up Drainer Mechanism' was missing!!! Sooo back to Home Depot to obtain the missing parts... Luckily, they hadanother unit still in a sealed and NYLON WRAPPED box, sooo we were able to obtain the missing parts and finish the faucet's installation... NOT HAPPY with opened containers being displayed and sold as new, complete units! Customer Service Personnel handled this error VERY WELL and we appreciate their assistance in correcting this problem...

Looks good, great finish easily cleaned, no water marks left behind, love the wide mouth on the faucet BUT, and this is a big but for me and why it only got 3 stars. The faucet mouth/stem holds a lot of water after turning it off so consequently it falls into the sink well after you have wiped the sink bowl dry. If you dab the mouth of the faucet 3 or 4 times it will release the water and maybe you will return to only a few drips in the sink bowl. Extra work to keep dry especially if you have hard water. Also, although two sets bought together, the finish is slightly different on each, one is glossier than the other even though both are brushed silver.

Works great.. looks great.. but the water has a different taste coming through the lines that come with this faucet. The lines are plastic and our water takes on the taste of it. No other faucet or water line in the house does.. and it never did with the previous faucet either. Not that we drink out of it but brushing your teeth and rinsing your mouth makes you notice it.
That pfister quality
When we remodeled our bathroom the first thing we picked out was the vanity and then the faucet, which laid the foundation of how the rest of the bathroom would go. I LOVE pfister faucets. They are incredibly well made and engineered. This faucet acts like a waterfall faucet without having to see the water always sitting in the center part, nice low pressure stream. The only thing pfister lacks over Moen is the amount of coordinating accessories
Brand new sink
The faucet was easy to install, with easy directions that were simple to follow and easy parts to connect. My only issue was the cabinet being too close to the wall but once that was figured out, I got the product in quickly. The faucet is easy to clean and wipe down. The pop drain was easy to install and works great. Overall, easy installation for a woman so I recommend using this brand and product.
Very common leaking problems
This faucet is gorgeous and I thought it was great quality which is why I paid so much money for it. Yet, it had only been installed for 3 months before it started leaking. A LOT!! It has started to corrode from it constantly being wet. I called and they are sending me new cartridges to fix it myself but I shouldn’t have to do that when I spent over $300 for two faucets. Unacceptable. I started reading reviews online and realized that this is a very common issue with their faucets. Don’t buy it!
Easy to install, well almost.
Followed the instructions to the letter, but when I went to put the faucet handles on they turned towards the backsplash(for on) and not toward the sink. Normally not a big deal but with the vanity and sink I purchased I pre installed everything except the handles on top before setting the counter top(which is now fully attached). I did the preinstall because I knew there was going to be very limited room to install the faucet set up once the vanity top was in place. I installed with the arrows pointing toward the sink and the cold on the right and hot on the left per instructions BUT the faucets work backwards.

These are beautifully crafted. Easy to mount. Very attractive update to my existing bathroom. My only negative would be that there must be a flow restrictor built into these to conserve water. I should have read the fine print. It does not come out with even half the force that it did with my old, brass, Harden faucets. Sometimes you just need a little higher flow rate.
Bad Water flow
Bought this faucet as it looks great for our restrooms. I purchase two one for each restroom. One wide spread style and another center style.
Great Faucet!!! BUT Inlet Adaptor Clogged....
So.... We love the look of the faucet and it has been great.

Pfister made an outstanding and elegant faucet design. The modern design and the quality of the finish are excellent. The kit comes with all the accessories and even with a special tools for installation. No plumber putty need it if follow the clear and detailed instructions. Easy to install and maintain. Water spots proof. Makes my new bathroom vanity feels high end. The push & seal drain is great addition.

Very nice faucet. But pretty much faucets are faucets. What makes this stand out is the ease of installation for a homeowner. It's well laid out, tools are included, and the instructions are very good. It's simple to install and they cover all the different variations you might encounter. I'm very pleased with this. Oh, I have to speak about the pop-up drain assembly. It too is well thought out and easy to install. I mentioned this because the drain assemblies on other sinks have been a headache in the past.
Faucet handle came defective, TERRIBLE website and instructions to resolve.
Completely remodeled guest bathroom, installed all towel bars, paper roller and then attempted to install faucet set on new sink. ONE set screw in the hot water handle is defective, we cannot tighten it and thus cannot finish the installation to turn on the water.
Easy to clean - high quality and attractive
So far so good. We replaced the 25-year-old faucet on our pedestal sink in the powder room. No leaks. No continuous drips when you turn water off. Solid metal and durable. Pleasing water stream. No water spots on fixtures, EASY TO CLEAN, handles turn at a satisfying resistance, love the pop up drain. No seams or crevasses in the construction (no germ/soil collection points). Plenty of room to get your hands fully in the water with the reach of the spout away from the back of your sink basin. The spout shape is attractive and contemporary, with a wide arm that is barely arched. Our unit had a manufacture date of January 2020. I shopped online for features and measurements before heading to the store to see the quality in person. This was the most handsome faucet that meets all our requirements.
Wish I had not purchased
I wish I had read the one star reviews before purchasing, because then I wouldn’t have gotten this faucet. I wanted to redo my bathroom with matte black fixtures, so I recently had a professional plumber replace the brushed nickel, other brand faucet with this one. The plumber warned me that this faucet was not as nice as the one that was in place, but I had him install it anyway. Yesterday, I came home to find a puddle in my vanity, due to a leak coming from the hot water valve connection. After reading all of the one star reviews, this seems to be a common problem. I have purchased a different matte black faucet from the same brand as the brushed nickel one, and I will have the plumber install that one, and then throw this one away. It is a pretty faucet, but regret not listening to my plumber and getting one without plastic pieces!! I would not recomment this faucet or brand!
