I was not sure how it would look but I was pleasantly surprised with the look, since the price point is pretty low. It gives great lighting and mixes well with the Mid Century Modern feel I was going for, but I can see it mixing well with many different styles. I bought two lamps, placing one in my living room in a corner and one in a guest bedroom behing a chair. Both spots worked out great!

I was not expecting the exceptional quality of this lamp. The shade is the perfect color. A soft white, not too white. I love it has two hidden bulbs with easy to reach switches to turn on, not the ugly chain hanging down. The finish is beautiful. I love this lamp.

Beautiful lamp! Easy to assemble and came well packaged. Needed a lamp with two independent bulbs for reading and watching TV. On/off switches are metal and not flimsy plastic, located by the bulbs.

Simply Beautiful

This is lamp is almost identical to one at Pottery Barn for half the price. The drum shade is a little smaller which I like. It is heavy and well made. The lamp was well wrapped, and the lampshade was well protected in the packaging. The only thing that would have made this lamp even better, is a pull cord rather than having to reach up to turn each light on. It's a small thing and I am happy with my purchase.

Beautiful lamp!

This lamp looks high end and is a beautiful addition to a living space. Very similar to a recent design Mcgee & Co released for $800. The shade is a nice linen look. The gold does not look cheap. It can lean modern, mid century or transitional. The wood is a beautiful tone.

A beautiful floor lamp! And I really like the fact that its max goes up to 200 watts. I usually find shade lamps to not provide enough light for an entire room on its own. I was concerned the shade would be too big and standout too much in the room, however, the floor lamp fits in perfectly with its sleek and stylish frame. Im actually planning to complete the set with the desk lamps and the same floor lamp for another room in the house!

Handsome MCM Architectural Design for Your Home

If you appreciate a sophisticated 1962 architect look in your home, you will love this lamp. I was a little taken aback by the great design and good quality. I thought this is not Walmart. This should fit in just about any decor but it is especially great in MCM spaces. Easy to unbox and assemble. The brass is a nice color. Not too over the top. It is tempered by the matte black. For the price, the lamp is an excellent choice.
