Wrong Hardware

I bought two of these. Both were missing the mounting screws, so I obtained those from a local hardware store (adding an hour to the weekend project). Got the first one installed, then could not figure out what I was doing wrong with the second one -- turned out the bolt that holds the fixture to the mounting plate was exactly the wrong size -- I kept thinking I was screwing it in, and it kept slipping out. Frustrating, but I don't want the trouble of uninstalling and returning so I guess I'll be taking a second trip to the hardware store. Next time I'll plan on buying a more expensive light fixture from a different manufacturer.

Stainless steel a must!

Easy to install. Great look with the stainless steel!

These lights are solid and well made but the description doesn't convey the fact that the lens is plastic. With the cage as protection, I would expect the lens to be glass. There is also no switch on the fixture so a wall switch needs to be installed.

What I needed...

I purchased this light to use under my stairs in a storage area. It has an industrial almost nautical feel which is why I bought the light. Very affordable and for the money seems like good quality - I would purchase again.
