Not in working order. Requesting a refund but now Wayfair is requiring that I deal with manufacturer through Wayfair. I hope I will get a satisfactory response since I am very disappointed.

I didn’t realize this had only a plastic hose- had to order another part to get the coiled hard hose as this felt very cheap… haven’t used but other than that it’s fine.

The slide bar and shower head are fine, but I was appalled at the hose provided with the unit, a plastic tube colored silver. Pretty much a cheap garden hose look. We reused the metal tubing from the unit we were replacing and threw out the plastic tube that came with this unit.

The shower head will point downwards!

I never write reviews but had to share this. I was utterly disappointed when I thought I couldn’t adjust the head and found that it just sprays water in your face or over your head.

Bar looks clean and sturdy and slide seems to function well. The instructions did not have the correct dimensions for pre-drilling holes. I'm glad I checked before drilling into tile. The plastic hose is a joke. I've seen other review replies from Kohler reps saying the hose needs time with hot water to 'relax.' But now I just have a 'relaxed' cheap looking plastic hose.

Plastic handheld shower

The product description states that the product is “Constructed of metal for long lasting durability and dependability.” Obviously I was very surprised when the product arrived and the handheld shower head is completely plastic. It’s lightweight and feels very cheap.

Back in Black

Finish started to wear away inside holder clip showing shiny metal. Hose is black rubber and smells like a tire. Hose is not pliable and it is not comfortable to handle. Spray modes are nice and I like the trickle/shut off position to conserve water during lathering. Looks great when clean but there will be a lot of water spots if you have hard water and do not have house water conditioning. Will be high maintenance to keep it looking clean.

Not removable. I bought this one month ago and I’m thinking to return it I didn’t Expect kohler Will sell cheap products.

Aesthetically Pleasing

This unit mounted easily and improved the appearance to our shower enclosure. The cost should not break the budget of a majority of purchasers. I trust Kohler did their homework to insure some longevity to the unit. Features, especially in the wand, are very well received.

Kohler, what were you thinking?

I was surprised that the shower head was angled the way it was - forward instead of down. One would have to stand toward the end of the tub and would still be getting a sideways spray. Fortunately, my contractor was able to put a little adaptor on it so that the shower head tilted downwards. I would think Kohler would know better. Other than that the unit is very nice.

This deluxe version is sleek, and well worth the upgrade.

Nice product . Easy install. Shower hose a little stiff and shower head does not have pause function as described, instead should be described as trickle vs pause function by Kohler, otherwise a great product distributed by build.com

The bar that holds the shower head is very solid, adjustable, and easy to install. The shower head feels like plastic and the low water setting releases only a fre drops of water. My purchas was a replacement for a much cheaper shower wall bar, so generally I am pleased with it.

Looks good, sturdy and great value! I love the little handle to move the shower up or down on this version. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is that the shower hose looks cheap. It’s not very long and is made of plastic. I purchased a longer metal one. Overall really happy!
