The item itself was as indicated. Instructions were simple to follow since. The delay in receiving was unacceptable. I would not order this item again as no eta was kept and any logistics were constantly pushed back to the point that every time I wanted to cancel the order I was given another promise of a false eta. I would not buy again unless it was in stock. Every package was damaged.

I got the double bypass hardware for barn doors I purchased to cover my patio doors. I absolutely love it and everything worked perfectly!

We are missing the hardware they originally sent a 10' rail and a 7' rail. No hardware with the 10' rail. Then Home Depot ordered the entire 10' kit again this time they sent 2 10' rails and no hardware.

Great purchase. Heavy duty and well made.

First-round the store refused the package due to damage. We were not informed nor was it reordered/reshipped. Second round, product arrived, packaging was a disaster, pieces were falling out. But no damage and all pieces were accounted for. Product looks good and works well once installed.

I can't complain about the quality of the hardware because it's nice and strong. However, it's enormous and bulky when hanging in a room. The double rails are very dominating on a wall, and I wouldn't say I liked it. So, we are changing to a single rail versus a double bypass to minimize the amount of hardware—just something to consider before buying.
