Item was fine but it seems like it was partially installed before which I dont mind. Also the plastic gasket for the handles were black when it should be grey as I have installed 3 other faucet sets already. Either way I am okay as I will install the black gasket in different individual sink. All others were pair sinks so it did work out. Always a solution. It did work perfectly after installing.

This faucet was very easy to install. The tool provided in the kit enabled me to properly tighten all the nuts onto the faucet and the handles. The tubing connections just "snapped" together, which is a help given that it was under a very tight vanity top. My wife was pleased with the end result!

After 45 days, I like the product overall. Installation was easy to follow, step by step. Two slight negatives for me are the seam on the spouts sides instead of one solid, smooth piece. Also, the sink drain is oversized like a bathtub drain and is manually operated by pushing drain to seal or open drain.

This faucet has esthetic appeal… yes although the functionality is lacking. It literally took 45 minutes to fill our bathtub for our child to bathe. SMH!!! Are you freaking serious. I don’t recommend!!! Total waste of money and now I have to find a new faucet to replace this one we installed yesterday. I will be paying attention to the GPM, thank you for the lesson I suppose.

Looks great, good water flow rate...but bad hot water cartridge

Easy installation. Looks great. Must be a popular model as I got the last one in the store. Flow rate for both hot and cold water good, however immediately the hot water valve continued to flow a small steady stream of hot water when the handle is firmly in the closed position. I'm assuming it's a bad cartridge. I called Pfister Customer Support and sat on hold for 40 minutes until I was helped. It gave me a chance to register my faucet online. If any of you have to call for help, save yourself the headache and register online before calling. The rep was courteous and immediately agreed that it was the cartridge. Not 5 minutes after the rep got on the phone, the part was ordered. Now I just need to wait the week before it'll arrive. Good thing my wife is a good sport and the location of the hot water shut off valve is easily reached. I'll amend my review as this plays out. I would have easily given this product a 4 or 5 star rating if everything worked right the first time.

I just installed 3 of these faucets. Pretty easy for anyone who can follow directions, with one exception: The arrows on the bottom of the stem are supposed to point toward the sink. Well, for my 3 faucets, at least, that was useless advice.

I am very pleased with our Ladera faucet and even more so with Pfister and Home Depot. A couple of years back I had purchased an older Ladera model faucet. We had an issue with the handles tightening, causing the faucet to not work well. I purchased a new one to replace it because of the excellent price, but was worried about it possibly having another issue. The Home Depot rep advised me to call Pfister first to see if they would take care of it. Being a couple of years, I assumed they wouldn't. The two Pfister reps I dealt with were very trusting and sent me a new replacement faucet. It is not often to have a company completely trust you as a customer and replace a faucet. Because of this experience we made it a point to buy another Pfister kitchen sink faucet. Both faucets have been installed for a month and are working perfectly. Thank you Hope Depot and Pfister for your excellent customer service!

Awesome product. Have been doing diy rehab for years, and, always considered Price Pfister the superlative quality in the industry before they got bought out. Just installed one of these, simple and easy directions and not a drip. Only reason for this comment is that they sold themselves short - It comes with a complete Sink Tailpiece that is undetectable in the online description. All they show is the very top of the very user friendly Drain Stopper,not the rest. I consulted the guy at HD and we selected the potential sink tailpiece plus I bought a little tub of plumbers putty, both of which I returned when it turned out that the complete easy-peasy tailpiece comes in the box with this superb product. Have second BA sink and will get another one - you will be very satisfied.
