Worst freaking faucet ever.

You cannot find replacement supply lines from Lowe's at all and the replacements would come from China. And they won't let me return it due to being over 30 days.

Nice, well made faucet

The packaging of this product was excellent – it arrived at my doorstep without any signs of damage. Our plumber assured us that installing this is a breeze and won't take much time. It's set to elevate the look of our bathroom, adding a touch of class and uniqueness. Personally, I'm enamored with the color and the sleek handle design. It exudes a modern, yet simple and charming aesthetic.

Not enough

Plumber advises that this part will require a scald/mixing valve for another $400, and that the flow rate is not sufficient to fill a 55 gal tub before the water gets cold. Bummer, bc I really like the look of the thing. Back it goes! Will be replaced by a single-handled tub filler.

This is a really nice faucet and looks great in a bathroom with a stand alone tub. The faucet extends out into the tub and I really like the spray hose which has great pressure. The looks is amazing and it's very heavy duty. It even comes with white gloves to use during installation.

[Rewarded Review] Nice, well made faucet

First off, this was very well packaged. I had it shipped to my house and it arrived with zero damage. The faucet and legs and parts are made from stainless steel, so they are perfectly impervious to water and will never corrode. Even the included anchors are stainless steel. The valves all have a nice feel to them, and the appearance and finish quality are great. The bottom of the faucet is about 28 inches off of the floor so you have a good clearance.

Initial impression…..this thing is really nice. As far as I can tell this is a newer company and if this goes together installs easily it has the build quality to last a while. The only beef I have with it is that the hand shower hose is like a golden rubber hose. They could have / should have put a metal cover over it to class it up. Everything else in the box appears to be very well made using very good quality parts. Thanks!!!!

For the novice you may want a plumber because it plumbs up thru the floor ? Instructions are easy to follow and all the parts were included.

I bought the Woodbridge Derby bathtub (model# #HBT5802 ) and was looking for a black floor mount bathtub filler that an industrial style to bridge the design of the slipper bathtub and my vanity. This is a perfect design fit. The faucet was shipped fast and extremely well packed. It is all solid brass construction and the finish is beautiful I noticed that there are not instructions on the website so I took a picture – they are very basic. If you have never installed a freestanding bathtub faucet, I would recommend hiring a plumber. For the price you are getting a high quality, well-built faucet. The reason I knocked off a star is because the hose to the hand faucet just doesn’t go with the design and quality of the faucet. I think it detracts from the industrial design, but I guess with the finish being black, there are not a lot of options for hoses.
