Love the Essie Spring Pulldown! Its tall enough that I’m not bent over to wash dishes and I live that it is long night tat I can have a pot on the counter and fill it so I’m not lifting heavy pots of water out oh the sink. On the other hand the spray feature is a bit messy cruse it splashes quite a bit. Overall it’s a wonderful replacement to the old faucet!

Seems to be of good quality. All of these pull out/down faucets are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. I don't love the way the button to change the spray type works, and the "pause" button is completely pointless...it is a "momentary" button meaning it only stops the flow of water while you are pressing it. For a "pause" button to be useful to me I need to be able to walk away from it.

Love the look and all the features. Appreciate the ability to stop the flow of water with the button without having to turn the faucet handle off and then release the button again to start the flow of water. It was easy to install and is a joy to use! A huge improvement over my old kitchen faucet.

Great Quality!

I've been using it for about a month and it is such a pleasure to use compared to our old squeaky kitchen faucet. The bendy nozzle doesn't seem like it can lose tension either since during install you can adjust how tight (high or low) you want it. But even without adjusting, it's kept it's "springiness" (to be fair it's only been a month).

We purchased the Essie faucet in spot resistant Stainless Steel about a month ago. It's beautiful and works great. I was excited about the pause feature, but you have to hold the button in to pause. That's fine. It does continue to drip for a little bit after I turn off the faucet. And once while it was on, it was dripping from the handle.

After installing this kitchen faucet the spigot was leaking drips of water after each time I turned it off, I spoke to customer service and she suggested removing the screen washer to clear debris to see if it was a blockage. But this is a new faucet though should not have this issue right? I tried all the tips that she suggested but it didn’t work, however, if I left the screen washer out then problem solved. She also mentioned it was supposed to drip a little bit for this kind of long neck faucet. This faucet cost about $280 bucks and shouldn’t have this issue from day one. Very frustrating….

Quality product

The Moen Essie pulldown faucet is a quality product. It is constructed and performs exceptionally well. I found it no more difficult to install than any other faucet. Because of the structure, I did need a third hand to help with the initial installation stage. The instructions provided were clear enough and the installation went through with no problem. The stainless finish is holding up well and cleans easily with a simple wipe after using. The sprayer extends and secures easily. Just what I needed. I strongly recommend.

Leaked right out of the box

Temperature control cartridge leaked less than a week after purchase. My wife had already thrown the box away, so no way to register for warranty. Now, 7 months later, the hot and cold hoses are leaking inside of the body. Of course those parts can't be purchased separately. So now after spending almost $200, I've got to replace the faucet. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!

With most installations, I'm smacking my knuckles against the wall or the sink, trying to get the connections made, but the Moen engineers have obviously installed a faucet in tight quarters a few times, because a tool is provided with the kit to make that job a LOT easier.

As others have stated, the toughest part of installing this faucet is removing the old one. We had to buy 3/4" to 3/8" adapters for the shut off valves to connect to the hoses because our house has old, subpar plumbing connections. Once we had everything we needed and removed the old faucet, installation was very smooth. I like the faucet very much. I was pleasantly surprised by the water pressure and like the ease with which it switches between stream and spray. I like the fact that it will stay in spray function without me having to hold the switch (makes it easy to quickly thaw some shrimp, and be able to walk away from it). I've seen some conflicting measurements about the height of this faucet. We installed ours on the deck plate and I had 23 inches of clearance with which to work. It sits about 1/2 inch below the bottom of the cabinet, so do make sure you measure. All in all, good faucet and we're happy with the purchase.

This is a nice, high quality faucet, which is exactly what I expect from Moen. What I didn't expect was that the shape of the soap pump does not match the shape of the faucet handle. This seems weird to me, as it's a set. Regardless, I was installing it in an investment property, and I'm sure the tenants are very happy to have a super nice faucet and the convenience of a built-in soap pump, and will likely never notice the different shapes. If I'd been putting it in my home, I probably would have gone with a different one because I'm so detailed oriented that the difference would bother me. Overall, a very good quality faucet if you don't mind the different shape of the soap pump. Good water stream and the fingerprint-free stainless really is fingerprint free, while still matching perfectly with other stainless steel items in the kitchen.

This is a very high quality kitchen faucet. The faucet comes with everything that you will need for installation. The faucet comes with a soap dispenser and an optional deck plate. It is awesome that the deck plate is included. The faucet has a spot resist finish to help control fingerprints and water marks. The faucet has different spray modes for different applications. The faucet has a very stylish appearance and feel that you can tell the high quality of the product. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen faucet. Great product.

I love the stylish, industrial look of this faucet. The stainless steel finish gives it a classic, elegant feel. Having the spot resistant finish is a major plus. The unit comes securely packed, and all components were there. A complete parts list and assembly instructions are provided. The one drawback for me was that this faucet requires a bit more assembly than I expected. The flexible plumbing line has to be fed through the coiled component and the faucet head has to be attached to this line. This faucet also includes a liquid soap dispenser, which was imperative for me. Unfortunately, I cannot provide feedback on the installation and function, as I discovered the cold water line to my sink does not have a shut off, so I need to have a professional plumber take care of this. With non-essential construction/ repairs on hold in my state, Finding a plumber is impossible at this time. I will update my review once I am able to have the faucet installed.

This is a nice kitchen faucet. Although the descriptions say that the height of the spout is 15-3/4 in., when you add the spring above it, it is much larger. It requires 2 feet of clearance above the countertop. (See photo) So, check very carefully if you have any cabinets over your sink. I wish it had optional, removal sections in the base of the spout so it could be used on sinks with cabinets above them.

This is really a high quality product! The whole faucet feels and looks great. I love the design, very "professional" kitchen. The finish is a little bit on the dark side but that's fine. It is very very easy to assemble. For instance, it comes with a specific tool to attach the faucet to the countertop and, although I have installed quite a few faucets, that was really the smoothest installation ever (no need to get into a weird position under the sink.) And how is the spray? Very powerful and changing settings is easy and smooth. I love this.

This faucet is very nice looking, easy to use and was easy to install. My husband was able to install it himself in about two hours (including uninstalling the old faucet and cleaning everything up). The sprayer pulls down easily and has a simple toggle switch to change from steady stream to spray. It also comes with a soap dispenser pump which was easy to install. The brushed finish looks high end and the whole thing is very good quality. We installed this in our utility/laundry room so it will get lots of use and it’s been very helpful to have the sprayer up high.

Excellent and beautiful. It gives you that modern, yet industrial, professional kitchen look. If it ever leaks, it's pretty easy to replace. You may even be able to call Moen. We use a lot of Moen in our house, but also 80% of our rental complex uses Moen and i definitely consider them a top 2 plumbing brand for consumers.
