broke after 3 weeks

This faucet seemed very nice at first but broke after 3 weeks of use. My wife turned in the faucet and no water came out the spout but watter was pouring underneath the vanity. Would not recommend

This is a very substantial and beautiful set! I have matched it with the Kohler tone bath set. The packaging alone is amazing but the units are gorgeous.
