Brand new never used item . Was missing a couple parts to install the handle on the valve but well worth the money.

the shower head is useless!!!! after spending money on this it will hardly spray, have to turn on massage for any kind of pressure and the water will not get hot enough, the scalding governer stops it .... angry. Hate it and spent money on a plumber to install.

I bought 2 and had to return them because they both were cracked. They are very fragile.

The Trim Kit Valve

I bought 2 of these trim kits and i installed them perfectly. I and experienced and have done this several times. One of them worked great the other one kept leaking. I replaced the valve and that didn't work so i bought a brand new one and that one leaked as well. I called customer service and they suggested i buy another valve that's not sold in stores. I am waiting for that to arrive while i have a steady stream of hot water leaking for days. Choose Delta instead

So far No Go I’ve had to pay a plumber over $400 to rectify this and now it appears we have to remove a wall behind the shower and replace it Going to have to return it b c it’s defective ? Not sure yet how much more that’s gonna cost $$$$$

Make sure you remove the restrictors

We almost returned the product due to only warm water and poor pressure, but I did a little research and found that there is a restrictor in the shower head. Just remove the little metal screen and the restrictor is right behind it. Then put the screen back in. After that, there is a little orange handle restrictor that we didn’t know existed. Just remove the handle and move the orange ring so that the “A” is at the top instead of “C”. Once we did this, we got 45• more which made it hot water.

defective part

Defective cartridge right out of the box. Plumber spent an hour trying to adjust it and finally gave up. I called Pfister and was promised a replacement cartridge. Hasn't arrived, so I had to cancel the plumber who was going today.

Missing parts will be returning.

Always my go to for shower jobs when able. Super easy install and setup. Looks sleek and clean. Be sure to get the one with valve included

I installed the shower mixer and my tub leaked and I replaced the mixer and it still leaked BUY DELTA I will never buy this brand again

I like the look of the faucet and the hand is responsive.

I love the look of these fixtures. The only issue I had was the tub spout. If the pipe for the tub spout is too long an you end up needing a ring to make up the difference, it’s ver hard to find. The tub spout diameter is 2-3/4” and most all spout rings are only 2-1/2” so measure about 5 times and verify before the final cut.

Matte Black finish flakes off

I lived this product when we initially installed it. They looked sharp and worked great, BUT 2 years later they are losing their finish. The matte black has started flaking off. It initially started on the stopper/drain piece. However tonight after bath time I went to wipe the overflow drain off to avoid spots and a large chuck of the black came off. We have 3 full baths & a half bath that we have used these fixtures in. I am frustrated that I have wasted my money! Don’t buy in matte black!
