Wrong Valve part number

The ad calls for a U140 valve. After waiting for a few weeks for it to finally arrive, I went to install it only to realize that the U140 is the incorrect valve. It should have called for a U130 for a 3 port valve. Due to time constraints I highly doubt I’ll get one rushed delivered this week but I will try. If not The 140 can work by adding a nipple and blanking it off then flipping it upside down and utilize the 1/2” thread and a coupling and a MPT to Pex fitting, but not something you should have to do for the price you pay. Also, I would have preferred to have as few connections as possible especially if it’s hidden behind a wall.

Nice shower

Really nice shower. I can can the amount of flow with the lever which I really love. We had to purchase a swivel ball so the head would move up and down.

I ordered this in matte black. It's beautiful. You can never go wrong with Moen.

Discoloration of very expensive product

Brushed Nickel shower handle & shower head, only installed a couple of weeks ago, it is completely discolored and is staining, feels like it may be plastic or a knock off; very disappointed as this was an expensive product. Our Lowes purchased $49.99 Moen handheld shower w/magnet docking in brushed nickel which has been in use for several months looks great. We went to a plumbing supply to hopefully get a better quality than just going to Lowes but doesn't appear that they are selling a genuine brushed nickel product.

Have 2 sets of these taps in my house! Love them both.

This shower perfectly compliments my other bathroom hardware and accessories. It is easy to install and adds style to your bathroom that too in budget.

Beautiful, but issues...

Installed shower head, only to find out that some holes barely release water, and the pressure is way too low for a 2.5 GPM. Seeking replacement.

Moen shower fixtures and Moen mixing valve

It is to early to comment. The items are still in boxes. A contractor will start the remodel next week. It is expected that both Moen items will be installed within 6 weeks. I will provide a fair judgement afterwards.
