Beautiful and works well....but.....

We love the look and the way it operates but there is one thing that seems to be a flaw. The power spray sends out a *lot* of mist that lands all over the place and requires clean-up. I was looking forward to using that feature but we may have to live without it. My husband, who installed it (and built our house every pipe, wire, and nail) mentioned that it came with an Allen wrench and he says he still doesn't know what it is supposed to be for. Delivery was plagued with date changes.

Faucet is beautiful. was originally told delivery would be early, then told they were having problems with delivery, but it was only 5 days late. they set the package at the foot of my mailbox, DID NIT RING THE DOORBELL, as instructed, and left. it looked like trash just left there!! why can you not get your drivers to follow instructions? xzn they not read???

Item was defective. It leaked out of the handle and we had to return the item.

I installed this faucet fairly easily.......until it came time to connect it to the water supply. That's when the problem occurred. !!!

great upgrade

We purchased the lesser known brand at a more cost effective price point. Couldn't be happier. Installation was very easy and straight forward instructions. I would purchase again.

[Rewarded Review] Easy install

This faucet bwe faucet looks good and is designed for easy install. I like the spring design and that the faucet is a pull down. Most spring faucet are just spring and don't have a pull down hose, it is very helpful. The large twist plastic mounting nut with the copper thread makes it easy for tight space installs and tighten without tools by hand. I like that it comes with additional water line adapters if your line connection is not 3/8 size. The faucet comes half way disassembled for packaging but just needs to be pushed together and held by several O-rings. You do have to push the 2 parts together straight and slowly that way the o-rings don't get caught. Good looking faucet feels well made.

[Rewarded Review] Amazing faucet

I received this faucet and I am so happy that I chose it. I particularly loved the springy high arc faucet because it is not your everyday faucet. It is very modern and functional. When I first saw the unique style of this faucet I knew I had to have it. I installed it by hiring a professional plumber because I am not able to install it myself so I hired a plumber to install it I love the water strength and the options of having the water flow wherever I need it to. Highly recommend

[Rewarded Review] Attractive and well built

I had this shipped to my house and luckily it is very well packaged. The box was pretty beat up but nothing was damaged inside. The spray faucet itself has a nice finish and is built solidly and attractive. The supply hoses which are integrated and included have stainless steel mesh sheathing and appear to be pretty good quality. This only requires one hole through the countertop, but it comes with a base that will cover up the usual three holes that come pre-drilled in sinks.

I'm working on the final stages of the kitchen, wanted a strong, very sturdy looking, Industrial style single-handle faucet for the double stainless kitchen sink, that's what I got with this BWE single-handle pull down sprayer faucet!! I love the black stainless steel, and the metal coil look adds to that Industrial style that fits my kitchen!! This one is a 3 spray, high arc gooseneck style faucet, single hole, single handle faucet that is very easy to install in about 30 minutes, it's very well made, strong, has a very sturdy feel and will be a Great conversation piece in your kitchen for years to come!! This faucet will be a Great addition to your kitchen, just like mine!!

[Rewarded Review] Excellent kitchen faucet

I replaced the faucet we had in our kitchen with this Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer 3 Spray High Arc Kitchen Faucet. It was harder to get the old one out than it was to put the new one in. I absolutely love the installation method of this faucet. The way it is secured in place is much better and WAY easier than the old one was. I took me a matter of only a few minutes to have this fully installed in my kitchen. It looks GREAT and the high pressure spray it is capable of is totally awesome for cleaning stuck food off of dishes. I fully recommend this faucet for anyone looking for a kitchen faucet upgrade.

[Rewarded Review] Love this faucet

This faucet was an easy install that took about a half hour to take out the old one and put in a new one in. The directions explain exactly what to do. It has 3 settings. A normal stream, a spray and a mist which will be nice to clean veggies and fruit. The steam doesn’t feel as powerful as my old faucet but is does the job and is much closer to the actual sink. I have to find the matching soap dispenser now!

What an awesome piece of craftsmanship. I love the commercial look with a nice warm homey look. The Oil Rubbed Bronze finish brings it to life. Love the Bronze accent on the faucet and deckplate. The cradle for the faucet head swivels allowing you to move it out of the way. The faucet head is a 3 spray. The spring assembly allows a lot of flexibility. Installation was quite easy. I really like the design of the retainer nut. It is easy to put on the lines and it guides itself onto the threaded end of the faucet. The supply lines are incorporated into the base of the faucet.
