Spraying from the center of the faucet

Bought this in July, and the spout had always been really hard to move, but now 7 months later the faucet is spraying and leaking water from the joint where the knob and neck meet. Not something that can be adjusted since it comes pre-assembled.

I had been looking for a two function faucet with a pull down sprayer at a reasonable cost for my utility sink. This faucet fits the bill. I like the brushed nickel finish. But the best part is having two options for water. I can fill buckets, spray bottles, sprayers using the facet filler. Then I can easily switch to the pull down sprayer and wash / rinse out buckets, pans and other items that don’t fit easily in the sink. I like the sprayer handle lock for not having to hold the trigger down. The directions/install manual was very small print and hard to read, needs to be larger print and pictures since there is plenty of room in the box. Installing was very easy, took me less than 30 minutes. Nice faucet!

[Rewarded Review] Less that 5 minutes to install good quality faucet

Amazing less than 5 minutes to install. So simple - screw in pipe, tighten two screw heads. Of course I had prepped my sink area already. The faucet is a nice looking brushed nickel. The faucet is really solid feeling, to cheap plastic. The bottom handle is the "main on / off and temperature control. The water can then come out of the pull handle or the horizontal arm. The water is not constricted at all, so both faucets flow nicely when on together. I did notice a bit of noise when the bottom was right in the middle war, setting and both faucets were open. Not a big deal. Everything moves smoothly and is well engineered. The spring arc holds the spray faucet up. That faucet can bend down a bit but does not extended with a hidden hose. I had three holes in my sink that the base plate covered nicely. I was able to install the faucet in a few minutes. It took my more time to reassemble the P-trap than it did to screw on the faucet. I confirmed with BWE support that the water inlet hosed attach by hand tightening only. Good to go. Great product by BWE. [Rewarded Review] Easy installation, clients happy.

This is a small craft shop sink with only two holes that had a kitchen sprayer with a side hole sprayer but the client needs a soap dispenser. Perfect one hole mounting solution with a well finished brushed stainless steel faucet with a single faucet handle for temperature and volume with both the faucet and sprayer swivel 360º to cover every angle needed. They also like the sprayer on/off lever that can be locked on or used in short bursts.

Sprayer has come loose and sprayed water around. Was able to tighten it up for now. Also, came with a ripped gasket/screen on the hot water supply line and I've had a hard time with getting replacements from the manufacturer. Had to get a regular (no screen) rubber washer from the store to replace it with to get the faucet up and running.

I think we will love this faucet but

I picked up our faucet on Friday. It looks great but there was no nut, rubber washers or metal washer in the box when we opened it. If someone could advise me were to get the above items from I would appreciate it. Looking forward to installing it.

Easy to install, feels solid and just as nice as more expensive brand name models. Came with everything needed to install except for tools. Works with 1 or 3 hole configurations.

Nice Faucet GREAT Customer Service

I purchased this faucet at HD a few months back. It looks great with out granite countertops. We had one issue after four months. I contacted the manufacture via email and within a day I received a response. Tony Chan & I corresponded about the issue. Tony promplty resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend this product as well as the BWE company.

It actually turned out that it will lead to more problems. It takes a good sink to mount to and unfortunately ours is the cheap sink, so it does stand straight up. the touch feature for what i thought i was getting is different then the one it came with. We will use it as installed as it works fine.

SUPER easy to install , less than 30 minutes with removal of the old faucet.

We received this faucet a few days ago and it was packaged great and well protected from damage. Boy were we ready for a new one. Our old one was cheaply made and didn’t last long with as much use as our faucets get we need a very well made heavy duty one. This one besides being heavy duty is beautifully made and the metal is just like the picture so it’s perfect for us and my decor!

I am baffled by the extra nozzle, but then again my kitchen skills, acumen are a bit limited. But I digress, the actual faucet is well made, attention to finish, fixtures, There is one area that will not impair function, and I have noted it in picture. But all in all, good faucet, the squeeze handle has good crisp return. The finish is even, and blemish free.
