Kohler Quality Control Failure

Three of these faucets had obvious blemishes in the chrome plating in prominent, very visible locations on the faucet spout. This is a clear indication of a lack of quality control and inspection on the part of Kohler. It is also outrageous for such an expensive faucet.

Smooth operation and really gorgeous

This is a stout but elegant faucet and I got it in chrome. Great operation and really sleek. I have this installed on a 36” vanity. I can see how it might look a little too big on a smaller vanity or small pedestal sink, but for this setup it was perfect! Worth every penny, feels heavy and lux. I had it professionally installed because I’m not a DIY person so I can’t speak to how easy it is to put in. Treat yourself!

Poor Finish Non existent customer service

I installed two of these in my Primary Bathroom a year ago and the finish is coming off of one of them. Despite contacting customer care-no response. Save your money-I went Kohler feeling the brand would be 5 star. Huge dissapointment.

Terrible Customer Service!

I wish I could write a review for this faucet but I have been waiting for it since Dec 21st! It has been 6 months since I placed an order and paid for this faucet but have yet to receive it and cannot get an answer from Kohler on why the delay and an accurate ETA. Instead of being forthcoming, Kohler revises the ETA every 2 weeks for 2 weeks. We have been playing this game since Feb and it is getting extremley frustrating. They are either not manufacturing this model or are chosing to fufill other orders. At this point I do not recommend this manufacturer unless you are purchasing an in stock item from a retailer.

Very Disappointed in this Faucet

I bought this faucet not knowing that the design had a defect. The lever that pulls up and down to open and close the drain does not fit on the back of the faucet properly. The only way it will work is if your vanity/sink is not against a wall. The drain lever moves to the left or the right as soon as you turn the faucet on. My plumber spent hours trying to see if he could make it work and he told me it was virtually impossible. I then went online to see if it was on;y mine and saw another review with the same problem. I wish i had read it before i bought it. I think Kohler should provide a new lever that works or replace the faucet. Unfortunately i have been unable to reach anyone there.

Very elegant and functional.

I bought this and the shower fixture from the same line as part of our master bath remodel. It’s definitely the “bold look of Kohler.” Love it. The install went pretty easily. Two hiccups; one mine and one Kohler’s.
